I thought they would be more professional specially when working with kids. We have Been going there for a couple of years but with this new staff it’s not the same.The lady who took my daughters x rays and did her cleaning had an inappropriate talk in front of my daughter and made her feel uncomfortable && made her feel like they were talking about her physical. They made my daughter cry and lower her self esteem.They didn't even bother apologizing to my daughter. All i got was “it was a misunderstanding “For a pediatric dentist I was very disappointed and will not be returning.Unprofessional!!!

I’m a very honest person and if I go through a bad experience I will not hesitate to tell the truth. I do have to say my visit was incredible. From the moment I entered was greeted quickly and with respect. Made me feel important, I respect that. The entire staff explained everything and made me feel real comfortable. I highly recommend it. To be honest I don’t like Dentists but this place I’ll make an exception. Good work 👍

Most of the staff are nice and polite but the front desk staff is not professional, they are not on the same page and kept moving my appointment dates and time. The manager seems like he doesn't know what he is doing and they took days to send the prescription to the pharmacy and still sent it to the wrong one. On the other hand the doctors are very nice and professional

Everyone was great!! They were very attentive and responsive with any questions i had. I had taken my daughter to another dentist who did not make me feelComfortable with the procedure and as soon as I switched with them they reassured me the procedure would be quick and I would be able to see it all on a tablet from a room next door. I’m so glad I switched over to smile Magic and grateful for every friendly staff member who helped my daughter.

I thought they would be more engaged with my 3 year old and make the experience fun. We got him excited to go to the dentist and they mostly just addressed us and didn’t hardly talk to him at all. They didn’t even ask us how he does with brushing teeth, how often we brush or anything or even talk to him about brushing teeth. It felt very phony: For a pediatric dentist I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

The customer service experience is great; however, I am not impress with the teeth cleaning, when I get my teeth clean the dental assistance would clean the teeth using the metal pick to get all the built up, they would floss the teeth and the last step would be to apply the solution. All you guys does for cleaning is apply the solution and use the water pick and then the dentist comes in and identify extra work to maximize profit and the visit. A few days after I had my teeth cleaned at your facility I had a VA dentist appointment and the VA dentist said whooever cleaned my teeth did a terrible job, go figure. Your cleaning in minimal and basic. You could do more so when the patient leave, they feel like they have a new mouth of teeth not like they just got ripped off. Do more!!!

Dr. Collins and all the staff were professional, considerate and helpful. The kids always come here for check ups and enjoy their time, they have a play area in the waiting room for the kids, a movie on in the exam room and massage chairs for the parents. Even though we didn't have a long wait time, on a busier day all of this helps make the time go by smoothly.

Insurance should be verified BEFORE we come in. Not after weve already driven here. That way, if there is some kind of issue, it could be worked out before we are standing in the office on a saturday. Called us up to the desk twice and made us wait for no reason. Wont be back. Plus theyve taken out a lot of the fun things in the lobby that caused us to pick this place in the first place, like the movie theater.

I really appreciate how professional they are. It was my first time n told them I didn't have insurance they put me on a care credit plan they explain step by step where I can understandtand.
