I recently had a root canal completed by ACE, and it was a fantastic experience. The office staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and the whole process went very smoothly. The procedure was clearly explained in advance, so there were no surprises. I hope I never have to get another root canal, but if I do, I’ll definitely go to ACE.

Everything about this practice was superior. The office staff was courteous and helpful in getting my husband a quick, emergency appointment and all the rest of the protocol. The assistant was personable and efficient.Dr. Adcock was outstanding with his explanation of the procedure and performing the procedure as well. Highly recommend him!

This office will schedule your appointment weeks ahead of time but will fail to check your insurance after being specifically requested to before your visit. During the first call it was requested that they check and verify, and confirm coverage for the estimated procedures (they had a referral from another office). They will tell you yes, they will do that. Then they have you register, fill out all your information, call multiple times to confirm your appointment but wont tell you that they dont take your insurance until the day before your appointment. They may even call and ask if you are able to come in sooner than your original appointment. They were specifically asked during the initial schedule call to confirm and verify that my insurance would cover the procedure. They stated on the phone during the initial scheduling that they would provide the information about insurance coverage but failed to do this until they were again asked to provide it on one of the confirmation calls that happened the day before my visit. Are they hoping that its so late that the person has no choice but to pay cash? Are they hoping that even if they do provide it the day before your visit that you wont have enough time to call your insurance and verify each claim code? Would not recommend this place at all.

I went to my dentist because of swelling and pain around a tooth. I was referred to ACE by my dentist and ACE was able to see me immediately. The abscess was bad and Dr. Adcock drained the area and scheduled me to come back in two weeks, hopefully after the infection was clear. It did not clear and I had to take more antibiotics and reschedule. Dr. Adcock took the time to show me everything that was going on, reviewing the x-rays and the CT scan, explaining what was happening and why he had to delay the root canal procedure until we were sure the infection was clear. I really appreciate how quickly I was able to see Dr. Adcock and how thorough he was with the procedure. Definitely recommend if you need this type of service.

My son had two very large cavities on his molars that his dentist thought were unsalvageable and recommended extraction. However, we went in for a second opinion with Dr. Adcock and so glad we did. He was able save both molars and save us $$ in orthodontic expenses had we moved forward with the extractions. Aside from Dr. Adcock, his staff was extremely helpful in the process by keeping us informed of all projected costs and following up post visits to ensure that my son was doing fine. I highly recommend Dr. Adcock and his staff at ACE Endodontics.

Dr. Adcock did an amazing job. I felt comfortable and confident using him. I have a dental phobia and Dr. Micheal Ho (I strongly recommend this anesthesiologist) was there to assist with anesthesia. Dr. A did not give me a hard time about it either.I went to another endodontist (prior to Dr. A) that had unusual amount of high google ratings. She refused to give me any type of meds due to the fact that I was on an antidepressant. Doctors that do not do what is best for the patient do not need to be in the healthcare field. Personal beliefs/religion should not be a factor in patient care.

During my regular visit to Tippet Dental, my dentist, Dr. Shimek detected a problem during my scans and referred me immediately to ACE for a root canal. Even though I was making arrangements because I was out of town, speaking with Deana over the phone to schedule an appointment during their busiest time of year was effortless, she was so friendly, patient and fantastic to work with. I already had a great first impression because of her!It got even better after that. I then met Ashley and Dr. Adcock, who both were tremendous and worked perfectly together to put me at ease and explain that I would in fact, need two teeth operated on because of the spread of the infection. This news hit me hard and I grew very anxious but Deana came in to explain all my options and reassured me, finding a way of breaking down the costs, even helping me out which I super, super appreciate her for doing.Dr. Adcock and Ashley then went to work and WOW. Experience matters. Professionals at their best. They were super fast! Everything went smoothly and we finished that same day. I thought that was amazing and I could not have wished for a better duo to do this job. Kudos for making it look easy :)Afterwards, I was given detailed instructions on how to care for myself until the next checkup. Also, a special and deserved shoutout to Ana for answering all my questions even after everything was completed, that was really kind of her to assist me, it meant a lot.To the entire team at ACE whom I got to meet: Dr. Adcock, Ashley, Ana and Deana, I cannot thank each and everyone of you enough for this incredible experience. The kindness, expertise and warmth of this stellar staff blew me away. There is a reason why they have consistently received five star reviews across the board and I highly recommend ACE with all my heart!

I had been experiencing extreme trigeminal neuralgia pain for weeks - pain traveling up my face, around my head and through my mouth. My dentist took x-rays and said that my teeth were fine and that the issue was my jaw, but it wasn’t the case. My doctor told me to see a neurologist, but it would have been months of waiting for an appointment. I had read about stealth dental infections and decided to call ACE Endodontics and luckily got scheduled same day. Dr. Ceballos confirmed that I needed 3 root canals to get rid of the infection and inflammation. I have been pain free since. I would highly recommend this group. The entire staff is very kind and supportive.

Amazing experience actually. I went in a little apprehensive because of 2 past root canals with dentists. This was so smooth and painless I actually started falling asleep. And that was without gas. The Doctor and his staff were fantastic and actually followed up the next morning to make sure there were no problems. I would very highly recommend Ace Endodontics for your next root canal.

ACE Endodontics Houston and Dr. Adcock is the closest to a painless root canal that I have ever experienced! My dentist referred me to Dr. Adcock. His technique for administering Novocain was amazing. But, his overall professionalism, skills and kindness are exceptional. The patient before me left and said "I was apprehensive when I arrive" and he was smiling when he left! Made me feel very comfortable.The staff was beyond professional, kind and let you know everything that was going to happen before it happened, the same way Dr. Adcock handled the entire procedure.I could not have been happier and had no pain after the root canal! And, I have had many before and could not say that.I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience with Dr. Adcock and his staff. Highly recommend them. One in a million! Thank you!
