My experience with Dr. Shakiba was exceptional. Despite dealing with a LARGE infection, Dr. Shakiba's expertise and professionalism shone through. She approached my case with confidence and understanding. Today marks my last day of sessions. I am finally pain-free. Her assistants were also top notch. 10/10 painless and comforting.This is my second root canal here at prime. The first one went so well I couldn’t imagine going somewhere else. I have bad anxiety with dentist and usually end up in a panic attack. Everyone is so nice and comforting. The doctor and her tech are amazing and so accommodating. Made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and catered to my craziness as well as my 4 year old daughter that I couldn’t find a sitter for. Would recommend again and again.

I had a problem where I couldn't undergo a procedure and the amount of care and concern really made me rethink my attitude about customer care.
