10/10 painless and comforting.This is my second root canal here at prime. The first one went so well I couldn’t imagine going somewhere else. I have bad anxiety with dentist and usually end up in a panic attack. Everyone is so nice and comforting. The doctor and her tech are amazing and so accommodating. Made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and catered to my craziness as well as my 4 year old daughter that I couldn’t find a sitter for. Would recommend again and again.

Dr. Shakiba is a great provider hands down. I chipped a tooth and she worked me in her schedule immediately which is almost unheard of these days. Her office is clean, staff very professional, and my needs have been taken care of from the moment I became a new patient. Dental work is never easy, but having the right professional in reach makes a huge difference.

Dr. Bita and her team are outstanding. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the skilled assistance during my procedure, everyone made sure I was comfortable and well-cared for. Dr. Bita herself performed my root canal flawlessly, significantly reducing my pain and making the experience much less daunting than expected. Dr. Shakiba and her staff were friendly and helpful when they squeezed me in for a root canal on December 26th. The office is clean and nice and the procedure was smooth and quick. She did a consultation on my teeth for my dentist recently and will be doing my next root canals (yes, sadly there are two). I highly recommend this convenient location and professional practice.

I started to have pain and troubles due to my tooth and was referred to Dr. Shakiba. Here they were able to schedule an appointment for me within the same week and saw me on 12/26 for my evaluation and offered and performed my root canal on the same day! December 6,2023 I had an appointment for a consultation and exam .. this was my first time ever having services done .. when I first walked in I was greeted by the first desk personnel. She was very friendly and professional. The dental assistant that assisted me was very pleasant she made me comfortable and answered all my concerns.. the time wait was right way no waiting in the lobby for hours .. finally the doctor introduced herself. Although the doctor was very concerned about how I felt . If I was in pain or discomfort I really enjoyed coming here. I will continue to come here for the future.

My first time falling asleep at a dental office because I felt safe with Dr. Shakiba and her team. She did an amazing job on my root canal and was very kind. Another plus was her team, they provided excellent patient care and gave me updates before my appointment. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this office and will return soon :-)

I’m so glad I was referred to come here! When I tell you I was terrified of dentist work I mean it. Especially getting a root canal done, but Dr Shakiba made me feel very comfortable. They have an amazing staff here made me less nervous about my procedure and not to mention how I felt no pain at all during or after my root canal! Need an endo?
