Update: They called me back and we're very polite and got things straightened out. I'm still upset about the insurance 180 situation though.They called and talked to my insurance company for an hour and said that my treatment would be covered so I agreed to move forward. The next time I went in they said it wasn't covered and the person who talked to the insurance company was no longer working there. Later I moved and my address changed, so my recurring payment needed it's zip code updated but instead of calling me or emailing me they sent an overdue notice to the place I no longer live and are charging me overdue fees. Nothing against the work they do, but imagine selling something for free and after you sign the paperwork they say actually you owe 5000 dollars sorry...

My experience from the moment I walked in the office was positive. I was greeted and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The staff member who took my pictures and X-ray’s was extremely nice and walked me through the process. The doctor was clear on explaining what my options were. She was pleasant and asked if I had any questions or concerns before ending my consultation with her. Ms. Pryce the office manager was excellent in helping me navigate what coverage I had and spent time making calls to figure out what insurance company my dental coverage was through my husband’s employee. I will be returning to start my braces with smile orthodontics.

Not recommended.ONLY hours on Tuesday and Thursday during school hours. Not the case when we first started there. Every time we go, they have fewer hours. Sometimes they are only open one day a week.Met with 3 different orthodontists. No regular staff. So, no confidence about how a plan of care is being followed.Sometimes this summer, they couldn’t make an appointment more than 2 weeks in advance.Several times, I asked to talk to a manager, and was told the manager wasn’t available that day, then today after I asked for a call back, I was told that they simply don’t have an office manager.The braces came off a few appointments earlier than one doctor told us… is that good? Or are we simply all paid up and they are done seeing us? The doctor’s who told me the schedule is gone…Long story short-Choose wisely, you will be with an orthodontist for several years. Go somewhere where you can actually meet a doctor who will stay with you, where you can feel confident that you are getting responsible care, where you can schedule appointments. Again, not recommended.

Horrible chain business trying to make $$$. My daughter needed a new retainer 8 weeks after her braces came off. They insisted, accused, and smugly held firm that it was because she didn't wear her retainer. She did wear it. If you are a new consult, trust me they will FAWN over you. After you sign the dotted line? Forget it.Save your money. The worst part was how horrible they made my daughter feel.

Originally went here because of Dr Schectman he sold the practice to a franchise ortho center. My daughters teeth results were fine but the lack of personal attention high turnover of orthodontist was a turnoff for me every visit it was a new ortho or they would ship her in the back and she return with no communication with the parent the place is very clean but also sterile like a factory depends what your looking for. For me personalized service is also equally important her sister will be going to another ortho.

The ownership has changed and the customer service is very poor. We asked for clarification on the billing and took them 9 months. We also requested to change offices and took them 9 months as well. They were refusing service to my daugther because the billing issues and we found out at the end of July that our insurance has been asking for a document since February and nobody reach out to let us know.

It was my daughters last appointment, Braces are officially off and her smile looks amazing. Completely satisfied with the results of her orthodontic treatment. Scheduling has been completely difficult due to the office no longer opens on Saturdays, so my husband and I had to take time off from work to be able to make the appointments. I highly recommend this office if weekday appointment are not a issue. Unfortunately I will not be able to bring my youngest due to no Saturdays appointments.

Do not recommend.Started with an orthodontist, created plan, and signed contract. Never saw that orthodontist again. Instead have had a series of understaffed and under trained techs with occasional brief interactions with a rotation of orthodontists. Techs have made errors necessitating follow up visits to rectify. More than once.After we signed contract and began service, office hours were changed to Tuesdays and Thursdays only, during work and school hours. Some Saturdays, but no booking in advance and for only some things. This means missing work and school almost monthly to get substandard care.customer service is a nightmare. Have never had a call back in response to a question or complaint. Not the fault of the staff: this is a money making system with no thought to the providers or patients. Please do not use: go to an orthodontist whom you trust and who will take care of your teeth.

It was an amazing, awesome experience for me the entire process. The staff is very professional, attentive and it's in a clean environment. Everyone was so kind with making sure that I was okay every step of the way. Dr. Schetman looked funny 😂 as well with his work equipment. He wanted to protect himself and others. I am looking forward to completing the rest of the process. Thanks again ☺️

I can't even begin to explain how great this office is. Everyone is so friendly, so informative, and they make everything accessible to you no matter your budget. I was ready to give up on braces and the idea of a better smile, until I found this office. I can't wait to see what treatment has in store for me and to work alongside these wonderful people to get a better smile!
