Today was an emotional day for me, for various reasons. Throw in a dental appointment that you're dreading and it's a recipe for a bad time. But.... from start to finish, these team members were phenomenal. Kind, patient, understanding, reassuring. I'm thrilled that I finally found a dentist that I will actually want to go to. Thank you.

I had some work done two weeks ago, I called them a couple days later, because there was something wrong. Part of the filling fell out, the bite was off, and she left a piece of composite just randomly sitting on the lingual side of my tooth that needed to come off, they managed to get me in a week after the original appointment. Just to look at it. They scheduled me another week out (Their first available appointment), making it two weeks & a few hours since the original work was done. When I came in today, early, they tried to charge me to fix what they were supposed to get right the first time. I don’t know if it was a scam, and she deliberately did the work so poorly just to get me back in two weeks later after their Cut off time for making a repair Or what, but I had to walk out and leave. I didn’t raise my voice or yell I was just like no I don’t think this is right and another lady was like oh we’ll waive it this time, but I’m just not Comfortable Getting work done there after that.
