As someone who has always approached dental appointments with alot of apprehension, I can say that my recent visit to Mint Dentistry 2700 Horne Ft worth Tx, has changed my perspective. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism that immediately put me at ease.The Dental Hygienists Taylor’s attention to detail while providing exceptional care was evident throughout my entire appointment. Not only did She meticulously clean my teeth, but she also took the time to educate me on proper oral hygiene techniques to my specific needs. Today was an emotional day for me, for various reasons. Throw in a dental appointment that you're dreading and it's a recipe for a bad time. But.... from start to finish, these team members were phenomenal. Kind, patient, understanding, reassuring. I'm thrilled that I finally found a dentist that I will actually want to go to. Thank you.

I had some work done two weeks ago, I called them a couple days later, because there was something wrong. Part of the filling fell out, the bite was off, and she left a piece of composite just randomly sitting on the lingual side of my tooth that needed to come off, they managed to get me in a week after the original appointment. Just to look at it. They scheduled me another week out (Their first available appointment), making it two weeks & a few hours since the original work was done. When I came in today, early, they tried to charge me to fix what they were supposed to get right the first time. I don’t know if it was a scam, and she deliberately did the work so poorly just to get me back in two weeks later after their Cut off time for making a repair Or what, but I had to walk out and leave. I didn’t raise my voice or yell I was just like no I don’t think this is right and another lady was like oh we’ll waive it this time, but I’m just not Comfortable Getting work done there after that.

THEY MADE MY TEETH GREAT AGAIN!I spent a week to find me a good dental service in Lake Worth area.I went to many places, but the one that got my attention was Mint Dentistry. When I first came in, I like the way the lobby is set up; everything is clean and shiny.At the reception, there was a black queen along with a white queen who received me and got my insurance information.They set me for an appointment. When I came the next day for my first visit. A lady name Liz who teamed up with another one named Daniela did my x-ray. Then after that, Doctor Sivakumar came and explained everything about the health of my teeth.They were very professional and helpful with my treatment. They really know and are good at what they do.They cleaned my teeth and made them great again.After the process, I didn’t feel any pain at all and my teeth look very good now thanks to them.

The worst!First visit I waited so long that I couldn’t even get a cleaning! That didn’t stop them from billing my insurance for a cleaning that never happened. I decided to give them another chance so I went in to get a tooth worked on. While waiting and waiting, when they finally got started I could feel the needle/ tools poking me! I guess the medication had worn off by then. I jumped so many times before they gave more numbing medication but acted like it was no big deal! I WOULD NOT go back. Then they advertise on the radio about their employees and finishing school sooner! Keep them there longer if need be because this experience was the worst I’ve ever had! The Dentist was also unapologetic!

So I literally made an appointment at this place because my usual dentist has a terrible office staff and my appointments always got messed up. I made an appointment with Mint because of all the advertisements and it seemed like they were legit. After confirming my appointment 17 times through emails and texts, I got a message tonight before my appointment saying "sorry, we are closed tomorrow and need to reschedule". I am SO disappointed and will NOT be trying out any Mint dentistry locations if this is their practice. I only have one day off a week and booked this well in advance so NOPE! No Mint dentistry for me!!!!

I have been going to Mint for 7 years and have been to various locations. Their internal communication and scheduling is disorganized. If you like to have your appointments moved or cancelled the day of that have been scheduled for 6 months, after adjusting your work schedule and requesting time off, and never seeing the same doctor, this is the place for you! They are focused on churning patients with insurance for money and do not care about their customers. I should have left years ago but kept giving them a 4th, 5th, 6th chance. Glad to say I am seeking a private practice and getting away from flakey doctors who do not care about the people who help pay their bills.

Mint Dentistry goes the extra mile to help you feel very comfortable and they have state of the art x-ray equipment, chairs that are very comfortable and heat up if you like and massage you all while getting your teeth cleaned!They also have a large tv screen with pandora and you get to choose what ever music you would like to listen to.While I was having my teeth cleaned they have you wear sunglasses for protection and I loved the technique they use to do the cleaning! You get to keep the sunglasses too! Also, they sent me home with the usual things you get from a dentist appointment except they give you a big tube of teeth whitening toothpaste the is made by Mint Dentistry and it’s amazing!!! Try Mint in Lake Worth or another location! I think you’ll Love your new Dentist!

Firstly, scheduling is so easy. Kristen in the front is seriously the sweetest human ever. I love how she was so honest and transparent and so kind. I didn’t do the online paper work for me or my kids and she rearranged everything to make it all flow better and was just so nice about it. The hygienist and doctor were both so kind. They were so kind to my kids and explained things so that they could understand and with me the doctor was so kind and explained and showed me how and why things were. I seriously have never left a dentist office feeling relaxed and they really care about how they treat people. 10/10 love love love. And the facility was so clean.
