Great service! love that they go over everything on the invoices with you and explain the whole billing process with you Jess made the whole process really easy for my son and I. I was nervous and this is a very expensive procedure, so I was wanting a thorough explanation so I appreciated her and her team breaking down the payment schedule and explaining how it worked. Really happy with this practice and how they treated me and my son highly recommend them. I was surprised when i read what some of the other reviewers wrote, i wonder if they’re reviewing the wrong location. 🤔 if you need braces go to them!!

Billing and reception do not have any customer service skills what so ever! Jessica who works for billing tried to have me pay out of pocket, for work that she knows they are in network for and my insurance covers 100% of the contracted fees between them and my insurance carrier! I already reported them trying to double dip and lie that I was only covered at 50% ortho and I even had my insurance carrier call them to confirm the 100% coverage! They are scammers, and once you call them out and inform them that they are supposed to take the contracted rate. They dismiss you and do not want to deal with you. My insurance carrier asked for a pre estimate plan cost and they refused. Insurance said they don’t want to send it because it would show that my responsibility would be $0 because they cover 100%. That’s why I chose to go with an in network ortho. Call your insurance carrier and find out how much coverage you have because they will lie to you to get you to pay the difference. Your insurance carrier gives you an estimate of benefits for you to know your responsibility portion. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH YOUR INSURANCE PRIOR TO COMING HERE!! Jessica is a liar! I attached the contract they wanted me to sign, instead of them submitting their pre estimate to my insurance and insurance notifying me of what my portion responsibility was! Please stay away!! They will lie and rip you off!!

Friendly staff, flexible, appointments are on time the staff that took care of my daughter was very nurturing and made her feel extremely responsible during her time she had her bracers taken off. The front desk staff was always patient and helped me transition from one office to the next with no issues. Special thank you and shout out to Tina she is amazing, friendly very empathetic and helped me tremendously with my daughter.

I love this orthodontist office and staff. I have two kids that are in braces with them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love that there isn't a long wait to be seen and even if there is a longer than normal wait, the staff is always so friendly. My kids love that everyone is so gentle and welcoming. Jessica has to be the best worker there. She's always on top of everything. Extremely knowledgeable about what is going on or what the plans are going forward. ❤️ I would recommend this office a thousand times over.

I have to say this office has been amazing. I have adhd and so does my son - we forget everything! They have helped with appts, emergency visits, payments and always friendly and patient. My son has had zero issues. I don’t have insurance and I am a single mom so the monthly pymnt plan really helped us get his smile perfect. We have been going for almost 2 yrs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter began phase 1 as a 1st grader & phase 2 as a 6th grader. Now, as a 9th grader we are both pleased and thankful for her big beautiful smile Dr. Toby & all of the staff achieved in giving her. We are also thankful for how coordinated, prompt & professional everyone was. I highly recommend the Lakeland office for all your family orthodontic needs.

Awesome Place!!! I love how they treated my daughter as she was getting her braces redone! They made her feel comfortable and welcomed and they accommodated every request she made to change the rubber and colors on every single appointment. Making follow up appointments are a breeze and the staff are always nice when we call. So happy we found them.

Orthodontic specialist of Florida in Lakeland has been nothing but the best. 28 years of my life I have always hated my teeth and then I found out about this office and Im so glad I did . Everyone was super nice and was very gentle . They have changed my life so much and I couldn't be happier with my results , it has gave me so much more confidence and I cant stop smiling 😁

Worst experience ever. This office is very incompetent. My stepdaughter’s brace treatment has been drug out nearly over a year and a half longer than originally quoted. They’ve told her over and over that her braces will be removed, then the visit comes and there’s another issue “to fix”... OVER AND OVER. I feel this has all been to get more $$$$$, vs. actually fixing her teeth. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I'm only giving 1 star because it's the only way I can write a review, otherwise I would give 0 stars. This place is the worst place you could possibly take your child. They herd people through there like cattle but worst of all their billing policy is nothing short of highway robbery. That's all they care about is your money. I paid for 2 years on my daughters treatment but had to stop sending her temporarily. She only had 3 months of treatment to go. I had been paying monthly for services rendered but these people created a bill for a "remaining balance" of $834.36 and sent it to collections. As if that weren't bad enough, they added another $209.34 to that with the explanation that "that's the fee the collection agency charges to send it to them," and that I am responsible to pay that also. Really? REALLY?? But wait...here's the cherry on the top of their cake...if, and ONLY if, I pay that grand total of $1043.70, THEN my daughter would be able to come back in for further treatment with a new evaluation and treatment plan and I would have to RESUME MONTHLY PAYMENTS. Get that? They just clean up on $1043.70 for kicks and giggles. That HAS to be illegal not to mention that it's just unconscionable. Take your child elsewhere because this is exactly how they operate. And don't bother calling their corporate office....that's just a joke.
