Make sure you stay on top of their billing department and your insurance, making sure this office bills correctly.Overall, the experience with the orthodontist and office was positive until the last appointment. Despite a good experience previously, frustration arose due to lack of communication and urgency about insurance payments, resulting in a delay in removing the braces for my 8 year old. Since it’s AVA policy to not remove the braces until the complete balance has been paid. However insurance won’t pay for the removal and last appointment until after that happens and a claim is filed. It’s important for practices to be transparent about billing and to communicate effectively with patients about any outstanding balances or insurance issues way before the appointment to schedule to remove the braces. Especially in this case where once I found out I called my insurance and found out they just received Dec, Jan and Feb claims in March!!!

These guys have been great with my daughter ella. They are straight forward about what needs to be done on their part and on the patient's part, but also very nice and accommodating. They always work with us on appointment times and have been very easy to work with. I'd suggest AVA for anyone, but especially those who are worried about the pain etc.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service is always excellent. The 2+ years I’ve had my braces have honestly flown by. Their locations are convenient and always nice and the front desk staff was always willing to work with my limited schedule as a teacher. Dr. Vaziri is always pleasant and completely transformed my teeth. I can’t rave enough about the staff. Highly recommend and I’m so satisfied with my results and overall experience.

Sry guys. Just being truthful here. I have overcrowded and extra teeth. I came here and gave my story. My story was: "Holistic approach to not remove as many teeth if not needed". For me it looked like they wanted the easy way out. They said remove your wisdom teeth and another four teeth and we can work with you. There were other practices thinking the same way. I went to a practice called "True Image". I told them the same story, they gave me options that I really liked. One was the conventional way and the other the new way. The new way was to remove wisdom and extra four teeth. The conventional way is to remove wisdom and just an extra tooth to have space. They gave me the holistic approach I was looking for, I scheduled my oral surgery with Dr. Kim in houston by North loop. Best doctor ever. I'm currently wearing my invisalign and VERY HAPPY on their approach. My future dental structure will look GREAT.!!*Why did I posted here, because the way the doctor approach me was very egoistic. He didn't listen to my story like other practices did.*why 5 stars, because at the eod this is their practice. It's my decision to go where I feel comfortable.Thanks

I could say that I’m very happy that I found AVA clinic to get my braces done. Having bad experience from my previous dentist made me worry to find a good one, but fortunately I found Ava and Dr. Vaziri made sure he will make my braces journey be great and now I’m almost done I’ll be taking them off soon. I will definitely recommend this clinic, from the friendly whole staff and welcoming ambiance of the clinic you will never be disappointed.

Going to Ava was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and explained all they were doing. They even fit me in after my regular appointment to make my life easier! It was efficient as well, which was much appreciated! When I was getting my Invisalign buttons off, they explained the process with me, made sure I was comfortable, and eased my nerves. I appreciate my new smile!
