Smile Magic of Lewisville

I was told to come in early to an appointment due to wanting to get a filling taken care of. . Got there early. They took my child back and said no parents allowed. After 30 minutes, I checked in with one of the ladies. She states the Dr. would come back but she was doing fine. At another 30 minute mark, I checked back in. She stated how the dr started treatment and stopped due to a meeting he needed to go to. She stated they were very disappointed.

My kids have been going to Smile Magic since they were about 5 years old..They are now 24, 15 and 14!☺️Through the years I have seen many staff come and go.We had to wait since the last visit due to many personal struggles, however, it was like we never left!The staff was very kind and respectful.They will see pretty much anyone at any age...Including myself!There are many financial plans to choose from for those who especially right now cannot afford much.Dr. Mahmood was and has been a wonderful part of your company.Thank you so much for caring about how you treat your patients.

Horrible customer service and their “membership plan” is extremely misleading. Warning: if you buy the membership for the perks of low cost X-rays let me be the one to tell you they won’t give your child x-rays if they’re “too young” but they’ll certainly take your money for the membership and not provide you with any assistance, just pass you off to someone else and give you a referral. (And after calling the people I was referred to by them, guess what? Another referral and appointment is needed totaling 3 appointments!) What’s the point in asking for the patients date of birth if you won’t tell the parents that their child is too young to use the benefits of that membership they swindled me into purchasing?

Staff was extremely friendly and communicated so well. Child really liked the playground, theater, and X-Box. Just went for her 6 month check up. They were just as friendly as before. Even in this pandemic, you can "see" their smiles.Aug. 2022. Another great visit with this dental office. I really enjoy going there for my child's dental care. They ask both of us questions and really listen.Update: 3.15.2023, they are still doing an amazing job. So much so, that I have decided to start going to them. Keep up the great job/work!March 29th, 2023..another great visit for my child. Well, she had a couple of cavities, which is why we went there today and my first visit as a client. I have nothing to complain about. The gentleman that took my x-rays, was so sweet. He kept an eye on my 18 month old grandchild.Well, it's March 22, 2024, and my, now teenager, had another great visit.I went on April 3, 2024. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Everyone is nice as could be.

We’ve been coming to smile Magic in Lewisville for a couple years and never a bad experience! My daughter gets super excited every time I mention her having a dental appointment and that’s because the staff is super nice and professional. I love how they’re always explaining the different steps to her during whatever procedure we’re coming in for and making sure she doesn’t feel too much discomfort! Smile Magic is an all around great dental office! We love it here !!

Recommend this place to anyone with families. Clean, kid friendly, video games, play area, theater for the kids. Receptionist was very nice. The dental assistants were super nice and friendly to my sons. They explained the process to each of them and they were all comfortable with them too. They received a toothbrush kit, some tokens, a crown & a balloon plus some food. My husband and I even received our own stickers. The only thing I had an issue with is that I wasn’t notified that I would be speaking to someone in finances and that they were taking me to another room to speak to her about procedures that need to be done on my sons, I was confused at first but after she explained everything I was okay. So my only recommendation would be that the dental assistants or the doctor explain that if a child needs crowns (procedure) that they explain the patent would need to speak to someone that handles insurance so that the parents know what to expect. Not enough reason not to return, I found a place I can take my kids all at one time. They are super friendly and actually care. Thank you!

Worst dentist experience i have ever had, customer service in the front dest was horrible. After patiently waiting my turn due to them being short staff i state my reason for my visit to 3 different people. Witch was to get sized for my flipper due to my old one breaking. They proceeded with exrays and and a consult with the dentist him giving me a recommendation of a cleaning, process took approximately 35min. When they told me to pass to the front to make my next appointment since it was already to late and they couldn't do any of these things today because they were about to close. I choose smile magic for the name to put a smile in my face but it was just the opposite, coming to find out that they still charged my insurance for the "consult" when absolutely nothing was done but waste my time. After leaving i found another dentist clinic in Lewisville were i really saw the difference in there professionalism were they were kind and did exactly what i wanted them to do in the same amount of time 35min. It was a big difference and happy i found them i will NEVER be coming back to smile magic.

Great service for general dental work. Fast and friendly. 1 start docked due to specialist scheduling and limited availability. Unfortunately, you can't just call and schedule all available services. Can't even reschedule an appointment without a little phone tag. It's enough of an issue that I wish I had taken my Orthodontist service to an actual Orthodontist office.

My family and I have been coming to this office for over 5 years. Dr. Patel is an incredible provider. My son has austism not on the severe spectrum but any type of sensory procedures like hair cuts or even the dentist causes him so much anxiety so he asks many questions. The doctor and the assistants were very patient with him and walked him through everything they were doing and what they were using and what it was used for. Her assistants David, Movee and Luis were very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Smile Magic Is AWESOME. My family and I have been attending this dentist for some years now and it only gets better. This place ISN’T only for children, they except grown ups as well. It’s a great place.. Come on, seriously what dentist office has not only a play area, but movie theater inside and gives you the title as Kings and Queens before leaving.. You WILL Not regret visiting this place. You will LOVE IT !
