The staff here was very friendly. I walked in and immediately got dirty looks from patients in the waiting area which made my children and I nervous and uncomfortable however the staff was friendly and inviting. The Dr was very knowledgeable and welcoming by the end of our consultation we were excited to start are journey with Showtime Smiles. Thank you all for being naturally kind and professional.

Since Dr Dan has left I am sorry to say it has never been the same. I have called multiple times left voice mails and emails with no response. All of this is done within their business hours. The service is horrible and the new dentist is not doing what Dr Dan was supposed to do. I had 3 daughters go here and I'm sad to say my 4th will be finding a new dentist. If I could give zero stars I would.

We got a call at 7:53 for an 8:00 appointment that the doctor would be an hour late. I understand that emergencies happen, but the doctor never said a thing about it. No apology. No explanation.Then, they couldn’t find our daughter’s records or x-rays (from just a month ago). Couldn’t process our payment. They want me to come all the way back just to pay. We live about 45 minutes away. Not happy at all.

My kids got braces and I was quoted certain amount but when I received the ins EOB it shows they billed them more than agree amount. I have been calling their office and have leave numerous messages to contact me or the person responsible for the claims and no one contacted me. After 3 weeks the office manager contact me and told me she was new and she was going to review the claim and get back with me. Here is June 5 weeks later and she never contacted me. I went into the office and ask to speak with her and I was told she was out of the office. I requested to speak with someone else above her in regards the claim and I was told there is no one else above her. This is not a way to do business mainly when you have a customer calling for the past 2 months. Once my kids Done with the braces treatment I will be changing Dentist. I will be file a complaint with BBB. The doctor is amazing but beware when they file your claim be sure you check what they bill your insurance

Ever since they got a new doctor, I feel like everything has gone downhill. They don’t communicate. They don’t ever answer the phone. They don’t return phone calls. They just don’t do anything. There is always excuses as to why no one can ever talk on the phone via their text line and even that barely gets responses. If it wasn’t for being in a contract, I would find a new orthodontist for my daughter. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service. It’s so horrible and they could care less about answering calls or questions. I would never recommend anyone here.

Came to Showtime Smiles with 2 of my kids after visiting Kids 1st Dental and learning that the kids needed braces. Scheduling was easy and quick. Did not have to wait weeks like other places. Yazmin was very easy to work with and she went over and above addressing questions and concerns in regard to payments. Leslie was also very helpful in explaining what our insurance was covering and what was not and how the process would work out. The orthodontist was quick, very friendly, professional and made sure both kids were comfortable, informed and happy. We walked out within 2 hours, and both kids had their braces on. Kids and I are excited to see the improvements. Thank you to every one at both offices for such great treatment and service.

I am so over this place! My children were patients here for a few years when they were also a dentist office. Their accounting department has been a nightmare to work with. They've turned us into collections for a fake debt and basically refuse to take care of it. I e called several times and each time I'm told "it's taken care of, sorry for the inconvenience." Turning us in to collections for a false debt is more than inconvenient. I keep getting collections letters and this place won't take car of it. I'm not really sure what my steps are from here, but you should stay far away.

LOVE! We were patients at Kids 1st in which we had the most horrible experiences. Long wait times, staff didn't know what was going on half the time, they had a high turnover rate, and so many other issues.Kids 1st started sending ortho patients to Showtime and we've only had 1 visit so far, but highly impressed. The front office woman was one of many, but she was so sweet and bubbly! Greeted with a smile and it made me have an amazing first impression from the beginning. She asked if I had concerns to speak to dr about and my son said the he liked the woman who changed out his braces. The waiting room wait was tolerable, but it was a very last minute appt so it was OK. So happy my son was switched!

Our first few appointments were amazing & we recommended several people.The last few months have been beyond a nightmare. Not sure what in the world is going on there, but I definitely will not be returning after today’s screw up. Angry doesn’t even begin to describe it.

I would never recommend anyone here."I was feeling the same way, and I'm disappointed that the change was made without warning, now we're all being funneled to a new dental office entirely.Today my kids were scheduled for their 6 month checkups. Scheduled 6 months ago. This was/is their last week of seeing dental patients before the shift. They canceled on us with minimal warning and suggested we see the new office next week.They left me a voicemail. Did not even return my call. It's been several hours. We've been with them for more than 5 years.The new provider doesn't take our insurance.
