Escott Orthodontics - Lake County

Terrible experience. They are unorganized and can't get their stuff together. My daughter is on year 4 of a 2 year plan. They over book themselves so it's almost 3 months in between appointments. Low standard of care because they are concerned about getting as many patients as possible. Every appointment she has we get told, next appointment the braces come off. And yet, here we are.

I have been bringing my 3 children to Dr. Escott’s office for several years. Two of my children are currently in braces. Dr. Escott’s team is fantastic. They are friendly, caring, and exemplary at what they do! Hailey is no different. Hailey was kind, confident, and professional throughout my son’s visit. Great job, Hailey! We are grateful for Dr. Escott and Dr. Anni and the whole team at Escott Orthodontics.

Didn’t really like it, I’ll list the reasons why.1. They will try to rush you out the door at you end of your treatment. They want those braces off no mater how ready your teeth are. In my case they double banded my teeth to force them into place and then my teeth were moving and creaking in my mouth within 6 minutes of when my braces came off.2. They will charge you $9 a month for the rest of your life if you want access to retainers. They are actually charging you just to store a digital file on their computer. In addition to this, they lost my gf’s sister’s file after charging her for a year or more. No refund offered. That’s crazy. How do you loose your patient’s digital retainer file? And maybe more importantly, why would you want to extract wealth from your patients when you’re not providing them with something tangible?3. Some of my techs actually complained to me that Escott would meanly ignore them and make them wait unnecessarily. Three of them did this. I can’t back that up, but the techs should not be making remarks like that to customers. Seems like there is a disconnect between Escott’s expectations and that of the techs. Maybe a little cool disregard too.All this adds up to me feeling like it was all about the money and that there was little care for my outcome the moment it was going to take a little longer than projected to arrange my teeth. Other than the picture they take at the end that is.My retainer’s still fit but that was never enough I guess because I have to wear the retainer day and night to keep my teeth from moving

Elisa was amazing and quick very good chairside. Dr was sweet and efficient I never waited long at all soon as I was in there I got seated. Best place ever. Will send all my patients there!!!! I am a hygienist and I was very pleased with the way the office runs. I was even 20min late and they still accommodated me and I didn’t wait a second on any step it was insane how fast they were compared to even my own office

I had my braces put on for 3 years by Escott Orthodontics and it was the best experience! They were so kind and helpful to make sure I would have the perfect smile! My favorites were Fransisco and Hailey who made my appointments enjoyable and fun :-). Fransisco was so gentle and kind to me, and Hailey always made me laugh and was so fun to talk to. Thank you Escott Orthodontist for my new smile!

Escott Orthodontics is the absolute best! 3 of my children have had braces there and myself; we have always received the best care from everyone in the office. The whole staff is always smiling and makes sure my kids get the absolute best treatment. Francisco is our FAVORITE Ortho Tech by far, he talks with the kids and makes sure they are comfortable along with doing a AMAZING job! Dr. Escott and Dr. Ani are both so kind and do perfect work as my children needed major work on their teeth. Thank You to the whole staff for always taking care of my family. We highly recommend Escott Orthodontics.

I’m currently in the middle of my 1st week wearing Invisaligns. Escott Orthodontics have been wonderful as I begin this journey. Francisco, who placed the attachments on my teeth and who explained the best way to put in and take out the trays, was excellent. He took all the time I needed to make sure that I was able to do this correctly. Thank you so much Francisco and Ascott Orthodontics.

Fernando did my braces about a month ago and he made the process as easy and painless as possible. He made sure that I was comfortable the entire way through!Update: Alex tightened my wires today and she did it fast and efficiently without causing any discomfort. She did this with acrylics on too! Definitely a girl boss!

Francisco, was awesome with my daughter on today visit. I can actually say since we started going to Escott Orthodontics we have never had a bad experience, it’s always pleasant in the waiting area, I see some patients check in and go straight to the back and done at a decent time. Great team keep up the great work. We are from NYC and we think it move so much faster than where we are from.

I made an appointment to have a fixed retainer replaced to a removable one. They told me the price up front with no hidden fees. The doctor did a thorough job of removing the old one without damaging my enamel ( one of my top concerns)Everyone was friendly and professional. I went into my appointment right on time and walked out the same day with my new nighttime retainer. The office is immaculate !
