I've had a horrible experience with Dr. Stachel and her team. My treatment plan involved first using an expander, and then using Invisalign. My appointment to receive my expander was pushed back due a missing part. Once they finally received the part, I then proceeded to have four appointments to properly fit my expander, since it was not aligned properly with my teeth and I could only bite down on the back edges of it, causing severe jaw pain and headaches. Dr. Stachel then decided that she no longer wanted to use the expander and just move forward with Invisalign, instead of sending my expander back to get it fitted properly to my mouth. As a child, I had an expander and retainer, so I know what proper treatment looks and how an expander should properly fit in my mouth, and this was not it! She stated that she would order my Invisalign, and we would move forward with it. After months of waiting, thinking that my Invisalign was already ordered and on the way, Andrea reached out stating that Dr. Stachel would like to set up an appointment to talk about ordering my Invisalign and next steps. Months had already passed, and the office in general seems incredibly unorganized and understaffed. Therefore, I asked to receive my money back since no treatment started. This was exacerbated by the fact that it was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone at the office. I'd often have to call multiple times over multiple days to reach someone. It has now been 3 months of constantly reaching out to the office about my refund, and I still have not received it. There have often just been unresponsive, and when I do get a response, it's been contradicting information and excuses. It seems like they're avoiding paying me. My next step is to file a complaint with the NYS Office of Professions, because this practice seems unethical. I do NOT recommend going here!

Worst of the worst experience ever , I spent a lot of money but we didn’t get the results we wanted to get. On the first consultation Dr. Jennifer she promised a lot a lot I’m gone Fix like this like that at the end nothing !!! For more than 2 - Years my Daughter she went through a lot i mean Braces pain infection for no reason because Dr. Jennifer she was charging me every month to pay but she didn’t care for my daughter because once she was getting paid every month she was setting appointments very long time and during this time my daughter she was getting infections from braces and i had to sent somewhere else to spend more money because when i was calling too many times they weren’t available ??? When I sent my daughter to her regular Doctor Dentist HE SAID WHOEVER PLACED THE BRACES I CAN SEE THE WORK IS NOT DONE YET. How it’s possible in this world , I have Paid more than $6000 Cash plus she got money from my Insurance and at the End she Even didn’t Remove the Braces from my Daughter’s Teeth. That’s why i called this experience Worst of the Worst. This Place doesn’t deserve even one STAR but ( 0 ) STAR.

Dr. Stachel worked with me (in my 30s) to tailor my Invisalign treatment to what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure my teeth would look exactly as she promised, and made treatment adjustments and extended the treatment time to achieve this. Thank you to Dr. Stachel and the entire team for always making my visits a pleasure, and for my amazing new smile!

I had a very positive experience with this practice from start to finish. When I called the office my inquiry was handled with care and professionalism. Dr Stachel provided a thorough consultation and was generous with her time. She’s ethical and focused on the patient’s best interest rather than her pocket. She suggested I refrain from any treatment at this time as my bite is essentially flawless and my teeth are straight, aside from one very slight imperfection with on tooth. She could have easily recommended expensive treatment that was unnecessary for me but lucrative to her. I value and appreciate her honesty and if I ever need care, I will be right back in her office.

Clean, comfortable, modern office with all the latest imaging technology. Staff is courteous, accomodating and professional but there is high turnover so it’s difficult to make an appointment & get ahold of assistance. Dr. Statchel is compassionate, takes her time to do a very thorough examination. TruDenta therapy was helpful to release emotional traumatic stress embedded in my face muscles so that I can re-align my jaw and be in less pain. Just wish that she was more patient to explain what is happening and why, and that there were more convenient hours available.

terrible. i got a consultation done and they took photos of my mouth, and i was told i was going to get a call back- never got one. after about 3 weeks or so i was like okay, maybe they forgot. so i gave them a call- the line was busy. over the past month and a half i’ve called at various times and the message says that they’re either on a break or on a different line. recently, i called about 2 days ago, and my number wouldn’t go through at all. mind you, this was after my father had already paid them around $600. one of the receptionists was very sassy, and i should’ve known by the way i’ve never seen another black patient in the few times that i went there. don’t waste your time here.the only reason that i came here in the first place is because my regular orthodontist passed away.

Completed a comprehensive Invisalign treatment with Dr. Jenn and her staff which was part of a much larger surgical case. I had corrective jaw surgery which requires a different approach with the Invisalign treatment, and they stuck with me through the entire process. I’m incredibly pleased with my results and with the care I received from the team. I highly recommend them ❤️

The entire staff is welcoming, courteous; professional.Dr. Stachel herself explained the rather complicated procedures required for treatment clearly and in great detail. It was a relief to know so much of what needed to happen and how each step of the procedure would be sequenced.My son's subsequent visits have only served to reinforce my already great satisfaction and esteem for all aspects of patient care.Throughout the pandemic, the office continued to support my son and protocols were clear and practical. As he nears the end of his treatment, I can only reiterate my praise and appreciation of the entire staff.

Dr. Stachel and her staff are great! Super friendly and professional, every single time I come for an appointment. The office has a really good energy and Dr Stachel always makes sure to answer all of my questions and goes above and beyond. The treatment is going as planned and I already see a lot of improvements. I definitely recommend.

Dr. Stachel and her team are the absolute best and working with them has been a professional and positive experience since day one. Every appointment while going through Invisalign treatment under Dr. Stachel's care was pleasant, thorough, and high quality and I am extremely pleased by the end result. I can't recommend Dr. Stachel highly enough!
