First time at this office an I must say the office is very clean, an sanitized. All the staff from front desk, to x-rays, an assistants are all very respectful, friendly, an informative. I was assisted by Wenifer today who explained to me an my daughter about our options, she was willing to answer all my concerns an questions. Great place for orthodontic work

The staff is absolutely amazing!! very friendly,pays attention to detail. It feels like a family environment 💯 recommend. The “retainers for life “package as well comes in clutch for people like me who are clumsy and might mess up with the original one either breaking or losing it the fact they got your back with a new one EVERYTIME That might happen gives me peace of mind.

This is my first time actually visiting this location. Sometimes when you’re going to the dentist you never know what To expect..From from The presentation room we walk into the office, to be professionalism of the office manager to the Ms Zoel and Ms Dawn We are so thankful on how they made my family feel. As soon as I walked in , I was informed about which braces was best for me , they was attentive to my finances as well as my health . Shared a few jokes and was satisfied with the speed and attentiveness from the staff .. I felt very comfortable & relieved to be genuinely cared for ; definitely returning ! These people were amazing , every staff. You won’t be ignored nor neglected at the Harlem office. Thank you guys , again !

Came in today to get my braces removed and I was so pleased with how fast everyone moved and how well Dr. Dave was with handling me And The record tech Dawn was able to make my retainers the same day she’s super fast I loved my experience at this office I will be recommending friends and family thanks straight set team especially Dr Dave and RT Dawn .

I love the attention the treatment coordinator was really kind and helpful, she speaks two languages, so she makes sure you understand everything. She gave me recommendations and everything I needed. Definitely, I recommend this place. ✨I loved the attention of the treatment coordinator, she helped me a lot to explain my case and what I need, in addition to guiding me in referrals for my treatment and everything I need. Highly recommended for people who speak Spanish and the girl also speaks English.

Straight Set Orthodontics is a very nice and courteous place to receive dental care. It was a great experience for both of my children. Dawn was very kind and made them feel comfortable. The calm environment reduces the anxiety for children, especially geared around dental care and beginning the journey of getting braces. I highly recommend

My technician Dawn helped take my x-rays and led me through all of the available options and treatments for detail work. The technology is new and high tech, and it’s clear that everyone wants the best for their patients.

From the moment i scheduled a consultation i was welcomed by the staff and the Doctor. The doctor throughly spoke with me in regards to what would be the best treatment plan based on my teeth. The same day i got my braces which was extremely affordable with flexible payment options.
