Tend Grand Central

Jose did my cleaning today and it was absolutely amazing. He was so personable and so knowledgeable. He stopped every step of the way to explain what he was doing, why certain things were uncomfy and how to prevent them. I have been going to the dentist for 20 years and I have never encountered someone who made me feel so comfortable, safe and helped me understand how teeth and our habits worked hand in hand. So sad I’m moving if not Jose would be doing my cleanings forever !! Kudos for the Amazing work!

I love Tend!! The GC location is wonderful! It's pretty, clean, the staff is friendly, and you're seen at your appointment time. I love that I get to wear sunglasses and watch TV while my teeth are being worked on. The dentists and hygienists also walk me through the entire session and check in on me the whole time to make sure I'm doing alright.

Can’t say enough positive things. Appointments were readily available to see me for an emergency visit, checkin was seamless and the host was super nice. In the treatment room the team showed excellent care and compassion and stayed a little longer to help me knowing my schedule was tight and I was leaving NY for two weeks. Can’t imagine this is regular service but super appreciated. Love the service and access to the care, the team were professional and super kind, and the facility (I’ve visited several locations) is/are super impressive. Not the old school dentist. This is the evolution of care. Great job Tend!
