I came here a long time ago to get braces since then this place has not changed!!!, the experience is top tier, the employees are very sweet, respectful, very gentle on your mouth, and will talk you through the process of you are scared of a dentist or orthodontist!!!! I’ve recommended this place to my friend and so far they have given excellent service.

Not happy, after just a few weeks the bottom bar on the brace broke. I thought they would accept a walk-in appointment to fix it, but instead they made me schedule an appointment. A couple weeks later the top brace broke. I had a routine appointment scheduled already so I just thought we would get it repaired on that appointment but we were 20 minutes late and they refused to see my son. They said their policy is to only see customers who are within 10 minutes of their appointment. I told them about his broken brace, but that didn't matter. They made me reschedule the appointment. I'm sorry for being late, but between missing work, pulling kids out of school, traffic, it happens. I'm just disappointed in their lack of accommodations for their customers with broken dental work they installed. Shouldn't their be a little grace for your customers?

I had braces fron Dr. Rodefeld because of a bite issue that was going to cause me to lose a front tooth. Not only did he correct this for me but continues to care for me years later. I have to wear a permanent retainer because of my deep bite. This is because of the way my mouth is shaped. This has been something he has never given up on for me. I am constantly astonished at his great attention to detail and his readiness to continue my care. I am grateful for Dr. Rodefeld and his staff. I am blessed by their care. Bankhead for the WIN!My child is one who benefits from knowing what will happen before it happens, step by step. I let Ortho Assistant, Gina, know this and she did an outstanding job meeting my child where he was at. She kept the appointment fun and moving smoothly right along. She ensured my child was comfortable and helped him find his confidence to complete a very successful appointment. This is our second child to receive care at Bankhead and we are SO thankful for the approach the staff team takes to care of the “whole child” when working with pediatric patients. The fourth member of our family had their braces put on today. We've been so happy with the service and results from Bankhead Orthodontics Specialists. Gina was so great with our daughter today. She explained everything she was doing and made sure our daughter was comfortable and not in any pain. After the braces were on, Gina thoroughly explained how to brush and floss and what our daughter can and can't (shouldn't) eat to avoid breaking brackets and wires. We definitely recommend Bankhead for all your orthodontia needs.

Gina was amazing with my daughter Anna! She took the time to explain everything step by step to us as she was getting her braces put on. The doctor made adjustments as needed. They were very fun and easy to work with! The entire staff made us feel welcome. So glad that we made the choice to come here! Daughter left the office smiling because it didn’t hurt and she liked the way her braces looked. Looking forward to our follow up visits.

Everyone is very nice, fast and proficient in what they do! My canines were impacted and my permanent teeth hadn’t come down yet and my wedding was this month. They tried everything to bring them down in time but they weren’t ready to come down. But the doctors didn’t give up there they made me a piece to wear for the wedding and they gave me the perfect looking smile. I highly recommend!!

I got braces followed by permanent retainers from Bankhead as a teenager. Ten years and two pregnancies with major morning sickness later, I needed my permanent retainers removed to get some dental work done. Bankhead was able to get me in the day before my first dental work appointment to remove the wires and fit me for a clear pop-in retainer which came in less than a week later. In a few months, when all my dental work is done, I will be back in to get permanent retainers back on. Bankhead always exceeds my expectations and I will continue to use them, no matter how long it has been in since my last visit.

The entire staff is kind and accommodating. They always smile and are in a great mood. Like a movie. My daughter has braces from them currently, and I absolutely love this place. We can always get in and scheduled easily. The appointments are on time. They answer all the questions. We never feel rushed. My daughter loves them. They have done a great job so far.Dr Jacob is very knowledgeable, and calm. I recommend this place to anyone not sure about orthodontists or needs flexible payment plans.
