Smiles at Heathbrook

Came here about a month ago for tooth pain, they got me in quicker than any other local dentist around. Went in today for an extraction, had THE BEST experience, they’re also so welcoming up front and the nurses and dentist are always so cheerful and always try and boost the mood even if you’re in a little pain. Seriously would recommend this place to everyone!!

Went here today for a teeth cleaning because I was a previous patient and had always had a pleasant experience. After they called me back the dental hygiene assistant went over with me all the charges I would have based on my insurance line by line. Once I agreed to charges based on my insurance ($44) they did an hour long xray and detailed exam and I spoke with the dr. After speaking with her I am assuming this is when they fully pulled my insurance and let me know they actually are not in network with my current plan. Since X-rays and exam were completed (not the cleaning) they at this time let me know instead of $44 dollars I was told it would be $275. This was very upsetting because $200 extra was not in my budget and had they told me I was not in network I would have been fine going elsewhere. I made this appointment back in January leaving plenty of time to pull my insurance. I will be reaching out in hope I am covered by my husbands insurance to submit but it’s the principle they showed me one price without authorizing the insurance first, then charged me a self pay price.

Don't waste your time! They wasted mine. was told to come early for a 9am appt to start new patient process. Got in to see hygienist at 9:15 OK. I was promptly presented a bill to sign (before work even started) for things I didn't even want outside of insurance coverage. They could have explained this when making the appointment not when your in the chair. Highly disappointed and will never be back and will tell everyone to avoid this place,

This dentist office has really changed lot when I went in for my dentist appointment on Monday April 8th in morning at 8:00am at heathbrook The ladies at the front desk were awesome and got me checked in pretty quickly, When they took me to back to get my teeth cleaned, I was letting lady know that I have permanent retainers on top and bottom of my teeth, Was just giving her a friendly reminder so when she started flossing my teeth wouldn’t forget, She made sarcastic comment right back to me really don’t know if I will be staying at this dentist office.

Came to Smile at Heathbrook based off of reviews. Super welcoming front desk staff. Office (front and back) very clean. Bri and Amanda are superstars. Just the thought of going to the dentist raises my anxiety over the roof. They were both so calming and made sure I was ok at all times. Both very detailed, knowledgeable, professional and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I found my new dental home 😊

We love this office! We have been going to this office for several years now and every time the office staff is super friendly and the hygienists are always thorough. Amanda and Bri are our favorite and they take great care of myself and my daughter! Dr. Sandesara always takes the time to listen and answer any questions. She is extremely knowledgeable! They recently helped us with a situation and other staff stayed later just to make sure we were able to get done what was needed to make our next day’s orthodontist appointment a breeze. Their kindness and care make the world of a difference with our dental care!

I will be recommending your practice! I just moved to the area & had trouble finding a good dentist. The lobby smelled so good when I walked in, and the front desk staff was welcoming. The back staff was also wonderful and talked me through everything. Made sure I was aware of what was going on throughout my exam & made sure I was aware of the financial aspect.

I was told a price for a crown and set up an appointment going off of that price. Once I arrived the price increased by over 400 dollars and they refused to honor the original price blaming it on a 3rd party answering service. As soon I mentioned a recorded line and lies they shut me out and dropped me as a paitient. A bunch of liars there.

My satisfaction is at an all time high! Dr. Sandesara is awesome. I have the Invisalign. She is great at explaining the process and her expectations. Great teaching and hold her patient accountable is everything to me. I learned more from her than any other dentist. Yesi was the associate working with her was awesome as well. All the staff members are friendly and attentive.

I have been getting dental work done by Smiles at Heathbrook for over 5 years now and have always had a great experience with every dentist they have had at the time. They are all very professional and use only the latest high tech equipment from what I can tell. When they say they practice “painless dentistry,” they mean it.
