This was our first time here and customer service was top notch! From setting up the appointment through the day of the appointment. The ladies in the front are very welcoming and friendly as well as the tech who took the X-rays. Not to mention how friendly, caring and thorough the Doctor is. All of this excellent customer service combined allowed our 8 year daughter to have a very pleasant experience, and that is very important to us as her parents. So thank you SCME, we appreciate all of you!!

My first ever root canal experience and I must say, I was super nervous coming in. Once I sat in the dental chair the staff, Doctor and his assistant helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Once the procedure started I felt no pain. Just some pressure and mainly the drilling sounds kind of freaked me out. But absolutely no pain. Thanks Doctor!

Yuvia, Erika, and Itzel are awesome, these ladies are on top on it, from making the appointment to checking out when finished. Always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. If all businesses had employees like this, it would sure make life a lot easier. Thanks again for a great job.
