SoCal Micro Endodontics - Orange

This was our first time here and customer service was top notch! From setting up the appointment through the day of the appointment. The ladies in the front are very welcoming and friendly as well as the tech who took the X-rays. Not to mention how friendly, caring and thorough the Doctor is. All of this excellent customer service combined allowed our 8 year daughter to have a very pleasant experience, and that is very important to us as her parents. So thank you SCME, we appreciate all of you!!

One of the dentists here was rude and condescending to my wife. They took the bite block out during a root canal procedure and her jaw was cramping. Instead of asking her if he she needed the bite block, he asked, “would you like to open your mouth” repeatedly. He demonstrated a lack of concern for her comfort and spoke to her like a misbehaving child. Misogynist.

My first ever root canal experience and I must say, I was super nervous coming in. Once I sat in the dental chair the staff, Doctor and his assistant helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Once the procedure started I felt no pain. Just some pressure and mainly the drilling sounds kind of freaked me out. But absolutely no pain. Thanks Doctor!

I am very impress with this place. Everyone was super nice, from the front desk staff to the doctor. If you are a parent of a special needs child, this is the place. I have a special needs child and they were so attentive and compassionate with my son. The anesthesiologist, Christine and her assistant (I wish I would have gotten his name) were exceptional. They both seen knowledgeable in working with patients on the Autism spectrum. I personally loved that I was able to hold my son while he was going under the anesthesia, since it can be pretty scary and traumatic.

Very pleased with the service I received at this location! From the front desk to the assistants everyone was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I came in for a root canal treatment and the procedure was little to no pain. Dr. Talayeh made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and would frequently ask if I was okay. Would also like to mention that her assistant was very nice and helpful with questions I had before and after my visit. Don’t think twice about coming here, I highly recommend this endodontic office. Yuvia, Erika, and Itzel are awesome, these ladies are on top on it, from making the appointment to checking out when finished. Always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. If all businesses had employees like this, it would sure make life a lot easier. Thanks again for a great job. Dr. Arvin Alexander's and his assistants exceptional care during my visit for two root canals in 1 session was beyond words. Enduring intense pain while away, I found myself in his capable hands. I was glad to find SoCal Micro Endodontics - Orange for my root canal treatment several weeks ago. Located in a new building near Freeway 22, that office provides professional services for various levels of dental insurance. I felt comfortable with the friendly atmosphere created by its staff. The front desk even sent me nice and cool reminders for my appointments. I was also impressed by the office's new technology and skillful dentists. Thank you, Dr. Roshi, and another one. They gain my trust and respect!My update: Last month I had another broken tooth :-(. So I thought of SoCal Micro Endodontics immediately. Even though that dental office was very busy with many patients on a waiting list, its staff tried to contact me and find for me a spot to do a root canal asap. Dr. Roshanak was a super cool dentist. She was caring and amusing. During my root canal treatmen, she always let me know the next step for my preparation and checked to make sure I felt okay. I was in this office a bit ago for a consult by my dentist. I walked in, and it seemed like it was way too busy which made me worried I was going to be rushed. But then Brian and Ryan, the assistance, were super nice and knowledgeable and made me feel like I wasn't gonna get rushed and yes there were a lot of patients but everybody had their appointments and they were going to get enough time. They both really calmed my fears going into this consult.Then Dr. Nick came into the room and he was also really nice and very understanding about all my questions.So after Dr. Nick saw me another girl (yevia? Yuvia?) help me out with the treatment plan and explained my options. She made scheduling Super simple and easy.Came back later and met with Dr. Maman and her assistant ana, who was super nice and they kept me very comfortable and they checked on me every step of the way. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because, a lot of places sometimes the front desk is great but the staff is bad for everyone, but the doctor is really mean.At least here everyone was super professional and super kind. I found it really impressive especially when it comes to my healthcare. Thanks for making it and not super scary experience.

I cant give less equal cero.They are cheaters, spam and liers....by the first the fk women were so slow take all life the front desk sent papers to insurance, process prescriptions to the pharmacy, yelled me as costumer, refused services by phone before know the insurance and I saw thtbI offer pay with my card but the stupid women front desk refused accept payment o. Cash or credit card. ..I hope the company not lose more Costumers .... in fact they promise a refund becauses they deny me the services and i already paid 240 usd but they didn't FY.i all over there... also one of the doctor was so rude to touch my mouth etc...fy4ever
