This was our first time here and customer service was top notch! From setting up the appointment through the day of the appointment. The ladies in the front are very welcoming and friendly as well as the tech who took the X-rays. Not to mention how friendly, caring and thorough the Doctor is. All of this excellent customer service combined allowed our 8 year daughter to have a very pleasant experience, and that is very important to us as her parents. So thank you SCME, we appreciate all of you!!

My first ever root canal experience and I must say, I was super nervous coming in. Once I sat in the dental chair the staff, Doctor and his assistant helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Once the procedure started I felt no pain. Just some pressure and mainly the drilling sounds kind of freaked me out. But absolutely no pain. Thanks Doctor!

Yuvia, Erika, and Itzel are awesome, these ladies are on top on it, from making the appointment to checking out when finished. Always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. If all businesses had employees like this, it would sure make life a lot easier. Thanks again for a great job. Very pleased with the service I received at this location! From the front desk to the assistants everyone was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I came in for a root canal treatment and the procedure was little to no pain. Dr. Talayeh made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and would frequently ask if I was okay. Would also like to mention that her assistant was very nice and helpful with questions I had before and after my visit. Don’t think twice about coming here, I highly recommend this endodontic office. I am very impress with this place. Everyone was super nice, from the front desk staff to the doctor. If you are a parent of a special needs child, this is the place. I have a special needs child and they were so attentive and compassionate with my son. The anesthesiologist, Christine and her assistant (I wish I would have gotten his name) were exceptional. They both seen knowledgeable in working with patients on the Autism spectrum. I personally loved that I was able to hold my son while he was going under the anesthesia, since it can be pretty scary and traumatic.

Dr. Arvin Alexander's and his assistants exceptional care during my visit for two root canals in 1 session was beyond words. Enduring intense pain while away, I found myself in his capable hands. His clear expertise and genuine concern for my well-being eased my dental fears. His office's state-of-the-art setup and his remarkable skill made this visit a true blessing. I have another root canal appointment set up next week, and surprisingly, I'm looking forward to it! For all your endodontic needs, he's the absolute go-to! I was in this office a bit ago for a consult by my dentist. I walked in, and it seemed like it was way too busy which made me worried I was going to be rushed. But then Brian and Ryan, the assistance, were super nice and knowledgeable and made me feel like I wasn't gonna get rushed and yes there were a lot of patients but everybody had their appointments and they were going to get enough time. They both really calmed my fears going into this consult.Then Dr. Nick came into the room and he was also really nice and very understanding about all my questions.So after Dr. Nick saw me another girl (yevia? Yuvia?) help me out with the treatment plan and explained my options. She made scheduling Super simple and easy.Came back later and met with Dr. Maman and her assistant ana, who was super nice and they kept me very comfortable and they checked on me every step of the way. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because, a lot of places sometimes the front desk is great but the staff is bad for everyone, but the doctor is really mean.At least here everyone was super professional and super kind. I found it really impressive especially when it comes to my healthcare. Thanks for making it and not super scary experience.

Had a great experience here at SoCal Micro Endodontics with Dr. Roshanak and her team. They were all very caring, patient, empathetic, and thorough during my root canal. It was already trouble enough finding an endodontist that would accept Medi-Cal, so I came in expecting bare minimum care but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the service and experience was. Dr. Roshanak has a very pleasant personality and you can tell how great of a doctor she is not only by how well she treats her patients but how nice and respectful she is to her staff. Would highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking top notch care for root canals.

I was impressed by the courteous front office staff, timely text communication, advance painless instruments used for my procedure, attentive caring assistant, highly trained caring, assuring dentist that explained in detail visual and verbally every step of my Gentle Wave procedure. Now that kept me at ease and confident they did their very best to save my tooth. Only issue was there was a glitch in timely transmission of my approval request to my provider. Overall, the whole team did great and more than I expected. I recommend to give them a call.

I struggle with extreme anxiety around dental work and this place was fantastic!! The receptionist staff were very accommodating and empathetic. The doctor was really nice, informative, and funny. He did an amazing job of making sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained every step along the way. The dental assistant let me squeeze his hand while they numbed me and continuously checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you struggle with dental work. The music in the office was great! The staff was very pleasant and empathetic. Amazing experience all around!
