Unprofessional staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctor himself is super sweet. Super nice. However the staff is what makes up the doctors office. After waiting over 2 hours on hold to schedule my extraction AFTER they already called me telling me they had availability, they tell me I can no longer schedule the appointment. Every time ICome here it’s an issue or an inconvenience. 0/10 shut this place down

Terrible experience & unprofessional doctor.Dr Cardenas treated me like if I was a dollar sign. Unprofessional staff. Do not go to this doctor they do not care about the patients. Dr Cardenas was more worried of how I was going to pay for the procedure then about my healthI will be reporting this to the state of florida and the better business bureau.***DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR***

Wasted my time, unprofessional administration. They're quick to get your insurance info, but refuse to mention the requirements. I was referred by my local dentist for an extraction. After being on hold for 10 minutes to get an appointment for a consultation, the receptionist asked me to upload the referral, insurance info, and fill out several forms online before the visit. I show up 15 mins before the appointment to find out that I need to provide them with x-rays. Unfortunately, my local dentist was already closed and I could not reach them. You would think that a clinic that's about to charge my insurance thousands of dollars would make an effort to make the process as smooth as possible by acquiring such files before the appointment. At the very least inform me that I would need to do the transferring of x-rays myself before the appointment. Took time off of work to sit around in the waiting room.

I have had an emergency and have been trying to schedule an appointment. It does not matter at what time you call or what day you call, same message “the office is closed”. The service supposedly gives them the message but they don’t call. I finally got a call from the doctor at night and he told me to call the office at 8:30am to schedule. 8:30am I called…. Nothing. 8:40am …. Same, 9:00am…. Same. 9:30am answering service. The most unprofessional organization I have had the misfortune to deal with. They absolutely don’t care about patients. Even if you don’t have availability, you can at least call and say that. Especially when I am saying it’s an emergency. You really expect me to believe that in 3, 8 hour days you have been so busy that you cannot call me?

Dr. Cardenas and his team are amazing!Dr. Cardenas is very nice and made me feel comfortable before the procedure started.I got three wisdom teeth extracted.I got anesthesia and didn't feel a thing.He said the procedure went well and answered all my questions.Go to Luis Cardenas! He will take good care of you!

Dr. Cardenas Is The best dentist when it comes to surgery’s and extraction hands down , the staff and his assistant are always in great positive spirits with good customer service. Insurance deductible cost are always affordable and reasonable than others . My First time visiting him was about a year ago for surgery for 4 wisdom tooth’s the process was fast, easy, and painless.Due to great customer service I have return a second time for a tooth extraction and I must say I made a wise choose in returning the service I received is excellent and I would like to thank you guys keep up the good work It greatly appreciate.

Although I think Dr. Cardenas is an amazing doctor and has been nothing but kind when I am there and he did go over all the negative scenarios that could result from my wisdom teeth extraction prior to removing them, I am very disappointed how the office has handled my pain. I was told that I could have facial numbness, however in addition to the numbness, I am experiencing burning pain to the right side of my face, constant burning pain and its been 3 weeks since my wisdom teeth extraction. Whenever I run out of pain medication, it's a hassle to get any. First, I was told the doctor is on vacation, I had to go to the ER. Now, no one is even answering their after service line. I'm disappointed. I didn't ask to be in pain. The past 3 weeks have been a nightmare and I'm sick of being made feel as if my symptoms don't matter.

very very bad experience! I waited the doctor for one hour and half, then the doctor came and said to remove wisdom teeth, I have to do sedation, but I told the doctor that I was not comfortable to do sedation because of my health and psychological issue. I want to do local anesthesia which is very enough for removing wisdom teeth. They refused me and said they would refer me to another doctor in plantation who can do local anesthesia. After 3 hours, they called me back and said I had to do another consultation which would cost $83 for consultation, they said my insurance did not cover it. It is so ridiculous!!! I am not the new patient and they referred me to another doctor, why they need the consultation fee! Also, the patient should have right to choose whether use sedation or local anesthesia. All other dentist let the patient make the choice, but they must force me to do sedation!!!! Very bad! Will not recommend this doctor! Also do not buy DHMO insurance plan, it is the worst dental plan!

Oral facial reconstruction has given me the absolute best experience of all time !! Dr. Cárdena’s and the whole staff was Very professional, clean, friendly and most of all very attentive to your dental needs. If your looking for a doctor / office this is the one. Look no further! I was so scared of getting my wisdom teeth removed but they made the process stress free! Thank you so much for your services 10/10 I will always recommend oral facial reconstruction!

Dr. Cardenas was very informative before I had my wisdom teeth pulled out. He went over everything to expect and eased my worries I had prior to getting them pulled.The staff at the Pembroke Pines location was very friendly and helpful as well.
