I am very disappointed in this office. I took my son for a consultation in October and I was really looking forward for my son to start his treatment and was told they will have to send an authorization to my insurance and it was going to take over 6 wks for a response and when I called I was told to continue to wait and then when I called again they told me my insurance is not active and so I gave them my information and turns out that’s not what they had on file. I was told they would verify my insurance but they never called me back. I followed up 2 more times last week and was told my insurance was going to be verified and still nothing. At this point I will be searching for a different office because I feel as if I am begging this office to provide service to my son.

Got brackets to better my smile but as the weeks passed my mouth was swelling up and waking up with blood all over my face. My body was rejecting them and went in when I couldn’t take the pain anymore. They had me drive around and asked to get some tests done which would take some days so I went to the ER and said it was gingivitis and that any professional should’ve spotted that right away. Anyhow the only thing they asked was a little more then $1000 to remove the brackets if not they couldn’t do much but take pics and hope it go away

Absolutely love coming here! The best orthodontist you can go to! They are so sweet and caring! The staff and the doctor are absolutely caring and amazing ! I swear I always look forward to every appointment when I come here! They always know how to take care of their patients ! They are also very patient and are willing to take you in whenever you have an emergency as well! I would definitely recommend this office if you are looking to fix your smile! You will see results immediately like how I did ! I saw changes within 3-6 months it was so crazy , can’t wait to continue coming here for more improvements of my smile! This office is definitely one of a kind as well as their team ! (:

Had a terrible experience here. To start of the orthodontist was hitting on my sister in law right in front of me. He gave me a bad vibe from the get go, very creepy.Apart from that they removed teeth that did not need removing! Said it was to bring down baby teeth that never came down. After removing my braces he said those baby teeth won’t ever come down (he new this from day one) now I have spaces all over the place which I did not have before. They just want your money. I do not recommend.

I hate the day that my wife suggested this place.I don’t know what the hell they are doing. My upper teeth were straight. The bottom needed fixing. They totally ruined my top teeth. They were straight. Now the front two are lifting like a garage door. The bottom is worse than when I showed up. I HATE WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They do not communicate unless you owe. They just took pictures for before and after. This is after they put braces on. That means I didn’t have an opportunity to see what the work would look like u til after they already further damaged my mouth. I plan on suing as soon as they take these braces off. My smile was great until they started working on my teeth. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! DO NOT!!! They just want your money!!!!!!!! They are the WORST!!!!!!!!!

Annie the manager is the sweetest person there. Unfortunately because of covid we have no work and so we are behind on payments. Candy doesn’t really help us. She says make payments or we can’t see them for treatments only emergency. She also tells me make payment or we will send you to collections and you will have to pay us. So my kids have only been seen once since covid started and are very behind. We are unemployed and with no way of making payments right now. They don’t care about patients. They only care about the money. They don’t work with you especially during this pandemic. I do not recommend. I just hope they don’t get infections for having them on without getting treatments. Very bad for them not care about the struggling families.

Great service! Front ladies were very helpful and nice and don’t remember the lady name but she took photos of my teeth she was very friendly. Also Annie very friendly answered all my questions so did Dr. Sohail Simjee. Also Aj the person who put my braces very friendly helpful answered my questions was very careful putting my braces on. If I could triple the stars I would. Totally recommend this place to everyone kids, adults , etc!! Thank you guys for my braces!!!!

I just took my daughter to her first appointment in this location and it was the WORSE experience that I EVER had in a dental office. The lady that was giving me a quote was rude and made my daughter feel so uncomfortable and instead of her trying to be polite, respectful, generous and professional about her job she said "whatever I say I wont change anything" and all I was asking was a copy. So pretty much I wasted my time and not even 10 minutes later of me walking out and taking a picture of there license she called me back willing to give me a copy of my daughter's dental medical records when she could of done that from the beginning. I will never go back to them and for sure I dont recommend this dental office at all!!

I went in today for a consultation and decided to get my treatment here. The staff is very friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and took the time to give me tips in order to get the most out of my treatment. I am definitely going to tell my peeps about this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good ortho.

So glad I held off before writing a review. They used to have awesome customer service before I signed a contract. Now they won't answer my emails, return phone calls, or even answer during business hours. I got invisalign in June telling them there was a possibility I would be relocating to San Jose. So I got the job offer I was hoping for and had two weeks to move. I told invisalign and they even expedited my trays. This is where the problem begins. They only give me 60 days worth of trays because I didn't even have an address of where I'd be moving to. Since I settled in San Jose I've called, left messages, sent emails about having my trays shipped. I haven't got a callback yet. Annie finally replied to an email confirming that she got my new address. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't got anything from Cool Smiles. This weekend I drove from San Jose to visit my family and thought I'd use the time I'm here to walk in the office but I just found out they are closed Saturdays. So now I really don't know how I'm going to complete my 20 week treatment since I haven't been able to get a hold of anybody ever since I signed a contract. (Put $2900 down out of $4900 ) I'm sure I am not the first patient that has had to relocate in the middle of a treatment and if I am they have been very unprofessional in dealing with this.
