I was nervous about this appointment for many personal reasons. The staff and cleanliness made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I interacted with Dr. Rothman (of course), Lucy, Caridad, Yami, Hiydi and Arlettys. All were kind, informative, patient and CLEAN. Great atmosphere. I'm very impressed by how pleasant this experience was. Highly recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pinecrest Orthodontics. The office is extremely clean and incredibly well organized. Appointments are always on time. Dr. Rothman is great. She's a perfectionist and will make sure you leave with your teeth looking great. Lucy and the girls at the front desk are fantastic. I did invisalign here and intend to send my children here when it's time for them to get braces.

This orthodontics location is super professional, clean, friendly have the latest technology. The staff is amazing especially Lucy who is always willing to help and provides excellent customer service. I love how they remind me the day before of my appointments and always very accommodating. My son's teeth look amazing and I can't believe the transformation. Highly recommend this location to anyone.
