I was nervous about this appointment for many personal reasons. The staff and cleanliness made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I interacted with Dr. Rothman (of course), Lucy, Caridad, Yami, Hiydi and Arlettys. All were kind, informative, patient and CLEAN. Great atmosphere. I'm very impressed by how pleasant this experience was. Highly recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pinecrest Orthodontics. The office is extremely clean and incredibly well organized. Appointments are always on time. Dr. Rothman is great. She's a perfectionist and will make sure you leave with your teeth looking great. Lucy and the girls at the front desk are fantastic. I did invisalign here and intend to send my children here when it's time for them to get braces.

This orthodontics location is super professional, clean, friendly have the latest technology. The staff is amazing especially Lucy who is always willing to help and provides excellent customer service. I love how they remind me the day before of my appointments and always very accommodating. This is the best Orthodontics I will recommend to all my family and friends. My girls look forward to going every month for their check up. Lucy is amazing she she always answering any questions i have and if I need anything she is quick to help me out. The girls at the front desk are amazing too, they make us feel so welcome and comfortable. My girls love how they come in and get welcomed by their name. The girls love how the young ladies in the back help them as well and make the comfortable and keep them posted on what they are doing with them. If you are looking for a Orthodontics you will not go wrong coming here. I highly recommend them.

Can’t fully express how pleasurable this round of orthodontics went for me but I’ll try. I wish I would’ve gone to Dr. Rothmans practice first. I would’ve saved a lot of headaches, time, money and another year of treatment. Pinecrest Orthodontics fixed what my first place couldn’t. I have a beautiful smile now and my teeth are finally straight. The office is beautiful and clean. They staff is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The office offers lovely movies to watch while your getting your treatment and refreshments. Dr. Victoria Rothman is a sweetheart and gets the job done right. I had an Invisalign treatment with Dr. Rothman for about 1 year. I would HIGHLY recommended this office. The service is awesome and the staff is very friendly (especially Lucy!). The office is clean and organized. They were always very accommodating and transparent with me throughout the treatment (pricing, expectations, etc.) Overall, I was very happy with the results of my treatment.
