I would not recommend! Child gets blamed for teeth not moving. Braces on 5 years. Told tooth was coming down they would take care they got it. Nope! Blame you for not having eye tooth removed. They sent a false statement about when they spoke to parent. Which was made up. They only spoke to me twice in 5 years. Both times rudely! Our last visit was due to dentist upon cleaning that they left pieces on back molars upon removal of braces.Would not recommend!!!

Very Professional...anytime a wire was poking out, or my child had broken a bracket bcuz of their own negligence, They fixed it immediately. Love the ladies at the front desk. Very professional, explain everything clearly and are always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you, We feel like Family and have been a part of it for over 5 years now!Love you guy's....highly recommend!

Dr O'Donnell saw my daughter for first time as a referral for an isolated semi serious issue. Dr. O'Donnell noted a secondary cosmetic issue as a level 3 highest priority for the insurance (state MA Health) and said insurance won't pay for the pressing concern unless we have all the work he listed done which included a year or longer for top braces. I clearly said I will pay out of pocket for the work for the referred issue she has (visiline, then possible few months lower braces) He rudely and abruptly ended his "sales pitch" and said he refuses to do the service unless I have all the work done, no explanation WHY...referred me to a younger orthodontist who might "have a trick I don't know about and am curious to see what he does" He did not explain all the options of treatment including visiline for the top which I would pay out of pocket for, so I had to inquire at the desk. He basically spent 20 minutes reciting his well practiced sales pitch while I had to pry to understand the procedures, then refused to give my daughter service and abruptly ended the consult. Very unprofessional, and uncaring for a health care professional, but very business calculated for sure. If you want a heartless doctor working for your children who has an arcade room in the office, this is your orthodontist. If you have State insurance, he certainly takes it for some procedures, but I'd try to find another doctor who takes your insurance first. Its definitely worth paying out of pocket for a more compassionate doctor.

I teach art on television. My teeth were crooked enough to where it looked as though some of my teeth were missing. I've had two of my children receive orthodontic care here. Great outcomes for both of them. To totally different cases to include: correcting a crossbite, overbite, and dog teeth overlapping. All the issues were corrected with amazing results. I definitely recommend this office for orthodontic care.They did a great job with scheduling and they accepted our insurance too.

Save yourself the trouble and look for another Orthodontist. My daughter had her braces removed and needed her retainers. They scheduled her to come back in two days to receive them. THEY cancelled that appointment to get her retainers and then didn’t answer the phone for over a week when I tried to reschedule. They just didn’t answer the phone. What kind of professional office just doesn’t answer their phones? We left several messages on their VM and we finally received a call back. 11 days later!!! 11 days after her original scheduled appointment. When I asked why no one was answering the phones I was given no explanation as to why. WHAT!!! You just dont answer your phones? Again who does that? They scheduled her for 1 week from today which will mean she hasn’t been in retainers for over 2 weeks. Now I am not a professional orthodontist but it doesn’t take one to realize this is not acceptable especially when we notified the front desk staff (wicked friendly.....NOT) that her two front teeth have already separated and several of her teeth have shifted. Of course all of this is happening after they got paid in full. So dissatisfied and disappointed. They could be so much better than this. I gave 1 star only because I believe they have the potential to do better. Whoever manages this office needs to invest in their people. Start with a basic 101 customer service training and go from there. Reading all your reviews including the Yelp reviews it’s obvious everyone could benefit.

Went through ortho with Dr O’Donnell as a teenager for many years involving braces and dental extractions. Braces were removed when my teeth were not even straight, with one side having gaps and the other side crowded, and lower teeth very crowded. I was also left with an edge to edge occlusion, which after entering the dental field, have now discovered is very bad for oral health and is destructive to teeth. In addition, The plastic retainer they gave me after braces broke after only a few months and when they remolded for a new one, my teeth that had already moved somewhat since the old one broke...not that they even looked good to begin with.

Front desk is very rude and very unprofessional. Had bracket brake day two, could not get it fixed for three weeks. Not getting treated well at all, communication problems from beginning. Dont have any problems even close to this at any other professional office we visit. Also oddly enough no one in this office smiles. Not a positive place to bring you child. I should have gone out of network.
