SoCal Micro Endodontics - Placentia

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING THANK YOU DR ALEXANDER! MY experience was great ! The office is clean and positive when you walk in. I did wait 3 weeks for my medical but i kept calling and the Girls in the front celeste and Kim kept me well updated with my pre-auth thank you everyone at THIS office and thank you irma for explaning everything to me.

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had in my life at a dentist. Now I know you will read the other reviews & I can appreciate their perspective BUT if you have medical or if you have a rare genetic condition like myself PAY ATTENTION. The supervisor Christine (I believe was her name) & Kim have not done their job of advocating for their patients. I started this process over 2 months ago. Because of my blood disorder I am at heightened risk of BRAIN ABSCESS. I have stayed on top of medical for my approval for the root canal and in the 2 months they have NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFERRAL from Kim or her supervisor. The dentist that referred us to So Cal Micro Entadontics referral was received immediately and if not they spoke to their clearing house to get it pushed through immediately because of the life threatening situation this could potentially be. Medical doesn't create the approval they have to wait to receive it. The problem is Kim and her office didn’t do their job to make this happen with their clearing house and as a matter of fact Kim told me this morning after I waited patiently for 4 days for a call back from her but she never called back as promised stating “she was too busy”. On this call this morning Kim said she has no way of contacting here clearing house. See what happens is the dentist sends the referral to a clearing house and they send it to medical & medical either approves the referral or not. I was assured by the dentist it would be approves but could take up to 3 weeks, cool no issue. But 2 months latwr with this dangerous situation in my mouth and medical still hasn’t received a single referral & Kim said she sent it 3 times snail mail & 3 times electronically but medical hasn’t received it??? Since this time we have called Medi-Cal every other day as well as calling So Cal Micro Entadontics and with all of our research, it is shown that the clearing house is not doing their job and are negligent with my dire situation. On the call today, we were told that we just have to wait and that we are a bother to these folks. I have never ever been treated like this in my life of 52 years. And with my experience having Medi-Cal, I have never ever had an experience like this, trying to get an approval with provider, allowing their clearing house to take so long with such a dangerous situation. So as you read all of the favorable reviews, I encourage you to read this if you have Medi-Cal be very aware That Kim and her office are extremely negligent and they will not fight for you as their patient.

First of all I want to say thank you so much to Dr Alexander ! He was very great and amazing I felt no pain. I want to say thank you to Irma ! She is so awesome and she made my visit very comfortable and great. The girls in the front Kim and Celeste are very professional and know how to explain the treatment. The young man David is very good too he explain the CT scan and caused no pain.

Wow! I had terrific tooth pain. In the past, my dentist had referred me to SoCal Micro Endodontics, so I called them when I realized this pain was not going away. My dentist was out of town; he wasn't available to refer me again, but SoCal saw me within 2 hours. A CT scan was required to make the diagnosis and I came back right after lunch to get the necessary treatment started. What a relief! Within the hour my pain was getting under control. At all times, I was treated with care and respect. The endodontist was more than forthcoming in answering my questions and making me comfortable. His assistant put me at ease with his gentle humor and kindness. I just can't thank SoCal Micro Endodontics enough for seeing me quickly and efficiently and expertly treating my problem.

I took my son for root canal treatments and we had by far the best experience ever in a dental office. The office Staff , Assistants , Dr. Alexander are the best !!! they provided us with the best professional treatment , were very caring and made sure you felt comfortable. We absolutely recommend the placentia office . Did I mention how clean and hygienic the office is ?? 😌.

First of all, I would like to say, I am so grateful! I just had the best experience with So cal micro endodontics. It started with a panicked phone call. They Got me in the next day at the Placentia office. Walking in was amazing. Three bright smiles, smiling right back at me. The reception desk was superb! I had arrived Four hours early. Not knowing my appointment wasn’t until 1 o’clock. They fit me in! They also immediately addressed my pain. They found the root of the problem And created a plan for me. David was most exceptional! Thank you for easing my pain, David, and my fear. I will be back! I’m so excited for my root canal! I would highly recommend this incredible office. Thank you so much you guys

I had contact with 6 individuals at this office and all of them were not only very professional they genuinely were informative on questions I asked but actually had big smiles on their faces. I met both Dentists and the pretty young ladies at the front. For anyone who reads this , if you have to undergo a root canal this is the place to do it. If your DDS wants to recommend anyone tell them you want SoCal Micro Endodontics. I think there is an office in Orange also.

From start to finish my experience was outstanding. I was very nervous about getting a root canal, and everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable and safe during the procedure. Afterwards, I was struggling, due to my own anxiety, and they were so kind to take care of me and make sure I was OK before I left. Thank you Dr Alexander, and all of you, for taking such good care of me.
