Ting Orthodontics

I had my treatment here for 2+years and I had a great experience! Unfortunately my treatment began right when COVID hit and despite lockdown, Dr Ting and his staff were always available via telephone for both urgent and non-urgent questions/concerns. The office is always clean which is very important to me as well. I am very pleased with my new smile! I know when it comes to selecting a dentist/orthodontist we often want to select the best and be cautious, and this is the place to choose!

My consult, at $250 for about 15 minutes, felt rushed and unfinished. In my opinion, it lacked value and the process was disorganized.Orthodontic treatment is a long-term commitment, so it is best to find a practice that one does not dread visiting every 6 weeks. A lot of this has to do with the demeanor of the staff and provider. I had a very poor experience with this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Ting for anyone needing ortho work. He and his staff have always been incredibly professional, patient, and kind. This was my second time getting braces (first one from a different ortho who messed up) and I’m so happy I picked this team!!!I have extreme dental anxiety and the staff was always super patient and helpful to me, which I appreciated so much.At first I was hesitant at all the extra treatments he insisted on, (included with the cost of braces, so no extra charges) but they all helped and I’m so glad I trusted him because my jaw pain is gone, I sleep better, my allergies have lessened, and my new smile is AMAZING!
