Ting Orthodontics

I had my treatment here for 2+years and I had a great experience! Unfortunately my treatment began right when COVID hit and despite lockdown, Dr Ting and his staff were always available via telephone for both urgent and non-urgent questions/concerns. The office is always clean which is very important to me as well. I am very pleased with my new smile! I know when it comes to selecting a dentist/orthodontist we often want to select the best and be cautious, and this is the place to choose!

My consult, at $250 for about 15 minutes, felt rushed and unfinished. In my opinion, it lacked value and the process was disorganized.Orthodontic treatment is a long-term commitment, so it is best to find a practice that one does not dread visiting every 6 weeks. A lot of this has to do with the demeanor of the staff and provider. I had a very poor experience with this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Ting for anyone needing ortho work. He and his staff have always been incredibly professional, patient, and kind. This was my second time getting braces (first one from a different ortho who messed up) and I’m so happy I picked this team!!!I have extreme dental anxiety and the staff was always super patient and helpful to me, which I appreciated so much.At first I was hesitant at all the extra treatments he insisted on, (included with the cost of braces, so no extra charges) but they all helped and I’m so glad I trusted him because my jaw pain is gone, I sleep better, my allergies have lessened, and my new smile is AMAZING!

Dr. Ting is literally a miracle worker. I actually came here requesting help for my jaw pain and I gained so much more than that. I embarked in a very long treatment process but it has immensely improved my life. I used to need a C-Pap machine to breath at night while sleeping and I no longer need it. I can breath easily now, I lost 40 lbs due to this huge change in my life and I am way healthier than I was when I walked in the door about 2 years ago.Thank you Dr. Ting and staff for everything, I proudly say it with a brand new, beautiful smile!

We highly recommend Dr. Ting and his very caring and pleasant office staff. Dr. Ting is top notch the best and most knowledgeable orthodontist we have found. He is at the forefront of airway orthodontia and we feel blessed to have been referred to him to take care of our children’s airway needs. His staff is amazingly kind and patient and we truly appreciate all they do for us.

Dr. Ting, just called your office and found out that you only treat patients with in the Orange County of CA. I don’t know why that is but thats very unfortunate. With your experience, I’m sure there are people like me and many others who would want to travel out to utilize your expertise to fix issues that aren’t addressed by many other doctors

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ting. I had suffered from TMJ for five years from teeth clenching at night and tried everything - acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, myofunctional therapy, physical therapy, many types of nightguards and retainers from dentists and orthodontists, and many, many tests run but a variety of doctors who couldn’t tell me how to fix my issues. I received ortho to fix my teeth misalignment from another orthodontist who specializes in TMJ, but after two years of ortho treatment from her, I was still having debilitating daily pain. Finally, I was referred to Dr. Ting from a functional airway ENT in Los Angeles, who mentioned it was worth driving the 1.5 hours down to get Dr. Ting’s opinion. I couldn’t be happier I did! After receiving treatment from Dr. Ting, my issues have finally resolved. I truly feel like I would have never found a permanent solution had I not been referred to him.

This review is long overdo. Dr. Ting and his staff are wonderful. His office is unlike any other I’ve been to and my kids actually love going for the video game console, not only in the waiting room, but in each chair as you’re getting worked on. My kids also love that the office often puts out freshly baked cookies. The staff always remembers who we are and genuinely seems happy to see us and hear what’s new with my boys. Once in the chair, Dr. Ting’s warm and humorous personality puts them right at ease. What I especially love about Dr. Ting is his expertise in his field and integrity. I truly feel like he has our best interests at heart, and I can’t believe my family and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

This was a unique and exceptional course. The mixture of hands on/shadowing with lecture allows you to learn the protocols, materials and information and at a deeper level. Dr. Ting is a master at his craft and very open to all questions from treatment planning to protocol to materials. The team was extremely welcoming and helpful. They were quick with a smile and always offering assistance. This was one of the best course that I have taken. If you are considering doing MSE or you are doing MSE you need to take this course!

Wow, what an amazing opportunity to learn from the Master himself. The course that Dr. Ting put on was amazing. Learning from his vast clinical experience was invaluable and would highly recommend for any practitioner that is placing MARPEs or is thinking about incorporating this life changing procedure for their patients. I am thankful for the opportunity to learn from him and look forward to continuing to learn from him. Also, the team there that puts on the course is great too! All Protein, No Carbs
