I visited this office with only one concern, my front teeth. I'd had braces before but had some shifting. During my initial appointment, Dr. Lazzara looked over my teeth and pointed out a few other things that he was capable of fixing as well, and I agreed.By my last few appointments, my teeth were better but still not perfect. The things he told me that he would fix were still present, and when I pointed any of it out to say I wasn't satisfied with it, he would say "well that's not what you originally wanted fixed", or "well it looks/feels smooth from the front" [about a front tooth overlapping in the back].At my 3 month check-in appointment, no one bothered to ask if I was satisfied or if I had any concerns. I was only there for pictures.I don't appreciate paying for my aligners with the idea that I would have multiple things fixed, and then being brushed off when I expressed my concerns.

This was an amazing first day appointment for getting braces! Everyone made my daughter and I feel like we were family. The staff attends to every need and aim to fulfill every desire. Dr. Lazzara is approachable, friendly informative and gentle. We even left with a special tool to help with a unique problem my daughter has chronically. This remedy helped instantly in office, so they sent us home with it. I can’t speak highly enough about our entire experience. And my daughter actually LOVES her new braces!

Go to a smaller Ortho office. You’ll get more personal service and their follow up fees will be more reasonable. Not to mention they won’t put inexperienced people in your mouth to keep the money raining down from the sky coming.Quick math: ~$6,000 a service and he spends maybe 5 hours with you over the course of treatment. He probably pays his people a good $25 an hour, they MIGHT give you 10 hours. He’s making a cool 5 grand off every person coming through the door, and they come through non stop.Go to a small office. Less employee turnover = more attention to your mouth. Don’t end up with perma loose teeth.

I began my orthodontics treatment in early 2022 up until my last visit in July of 2023. I want to say that Dr. Lazzara and the entire orthodontics staff were wonderful. They made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I'm very pleased with my treatment and the amount of compliments I've received is a testament to the quality of work they provide. Thank you!

Phenomenal orthodontist and staff! If you have a child with dental anxiety Lazzara Smiles is the place to go! They are incredibly caring and friendly. The office is very clean. There is water, coffee, and tea available in the waiting room. They have a gaming room and a spot for younger children. Dr. Lazzara's wife always decorates beautifully. The office is just really cool especially if you're into sports! They do raffles to win an awesome prize, holiday competition (Ginger bread houses), free tickets to a Redwings baseball game, and a card where you save points for gift cards! Lazzara Smiles is AMAZING!

The front desk receptionist Beth is the best! Most of the receptionists are good but she is literally the best!She answered all the questions patiently and attentively on the phone that I have before my appointment. She would get back to me asap about some of my questions that She needed to check with doctor.Though I ended up with not going due to my complicated case, i cannot say how thankful I am to her help!

100/10 recommend! Our oldest just got his top braces removed today after 2+ years! He had extra teeth and Dr. Lazzara recommended an oral surgeon that was also phenomenal! Brayden went through some pretty extensive work and both offices handled everything with grace, patience, and with the utmost professionalism! I highly recommend Dr. Lazzara and his team to anyone that needs orthodontic care, you’ll be in the best hands! As if that wasn’t enough, their office staff is extremely caring and so inviting, they pay attention to every detail and make every visit as happy and comfortable as possible. On top of that, they have keurigs with coffee on tap. Thank you so much to Dr. Lazzara and the entire office team!!

Everyone that works there is awesome. Always entertaining going in.Update: finally finished my treatment plan. I started with Kaufman and ended with Lazzara. It's bitter sweet writing this. On one hand, I'm so grateful to have gotten through almost five years of my adult life having braces. On the other hand, the people that have worked with me will be sorely missed.Thank you so much for helping me find my confident smile again. It means the world to me and wish everyone well. Lazzara Smiles Orthodontist is BEYOND amazing. In general, I have massive trust issues. I knew the day I met them that, I was going to be in the best hands. I absolutely love everyone there and quite honestly, I’ll be sad when my treatment is over and I won’t have regular visits. I highly recommend them!!! I promise, you won’t be disappointed. You feel like you’re talking to your friends when you’re there!!

Kaufman Orthodontics is the most unprofessional place to go for cosmetic oral surgery. The doctor is money hungry and stalked a 17 year old child for a payment of less than three hundred dollars.I wouldn’t trust these people what-so-ever they smile in your face but only care about taking your money.The brackets kept falling off and the service was poor, I had their braces for about 4 months and wanted them off, now I have a random credit debt -_-They hold grudges and lie on their own patients.Don’t trust these people!!!
