WOW! Smiles - Santa Rosa

WOW, the client service at WOW smiles is beyond amazing! From the front office, to the techs and the Doc! Every appointment went as scheduled, we were communicated with in advance if we needed to reschedule and my son now has a bright beautiful smile. Thank you soo much WOW smiles, we will definitely be returning when my daughter needs braces and we will tell everyone we know about the wonderful experience we had with your offices. Terrible service the girls at the front desk always with bad attitude and talking about you with each other. On top of that i am supposed to have my braces off soon and I keep having gaps opening and my left side looks higher than my left I’ve gone multiple times and every time they repeat that everything looks good and adjustments after adjustments. Treatment is expensive so we should be treated with respect and we should be getting what we pay for. I regret coming here.

The bite blocks keep breaking off in my mouth and bring my bite together and my teeth are pushing eachother.. 3 x I have had it replace within 2 weeks.i do not have the time having 3 kids to constantly go back getting fixed... i need a better solution for keeping my bite open please......UPDATE they called me instantly after mentioning my concerns to help find best solution for me and will be heading there tomorrow to get help..i appreciate their proactiveness and care for their clients.. they deserve 5 stars for their upmost effort .

This place is truly amazing.....Once you walk in through that door you feel very welcomed by the wonderful staff they have there.....appointments are pritty quick and they always resolve any issues or concerns I or my son may have.....My son is almost done with his treatment and he couldn't be any happier with the results hes been getting......he is on his way to a better smile and all thanks to Wow Smiles.......

Would definitely recommend! The staff create a welcoming environment, everyone is super sweet! Your needs are always met and your questions always answered. I had treatment with Dr. Bernstein a couple of years back but due to my wisdom teeth coming in I did have some shifting occur and I was told I needed braces again, but I didn’t hesitate to choose Bernstein Orthodontics/Wow Smiles again! Always a pleasure going into my appointments because I know I am in good hands!

Wow smiles & Dr. B did an AMAZING job with my orthodontic treatment, before having my braces I hated smiling and showing my teeth because of my gap, but after getting my treatment it made me more self-confident and I’m beyong grateful for Dr.B & I’m beyond happy with my results! My teeth look amazing, I 1000% recommend Wow smiles for orthodontic treatments! p.s their staff are amazing, very welcoming!! Wow smiles is the place to go!

I also had a bad experience with very rude staff. They were not friendly or personal or concerned with my unique dental situation for which I had seen Dr guest for 18 years. This office turned into a cold corporate-feeling grumpy town void of the color and fun and family friendly feeling Dr Guest provided before his retirement a few years back. Since then this place became a real drag- and also more expensive with slower results.

Staff is very rude and don't feel a good vibe. I went and got an consultation for braces for mydaughter. I ended going with some else. We felt welcome somewhere else and especially if your gonna pay lots of money. Your visits should feel like your welcome. All I saw come is was Mexicans just like a southwest clinic.
