After several days of intense debilitating tooth pain (wisdom tooth). I decided it was time to have it removed. The team was able to quickly get me in and isolated the issue. The extraction took less than a minute and was painless. (The local tickles a little.) The Doctor, was quick and efficient. In and out if you would. The nurse took her time with me after the extraction making sure I was good to leave. Every member of staff was amazing and I can not say enough good things about this office. Each member did their job and took the time to explain what they were doing if asked. What a wonderful experience. Thank you all so very much.

After losing a large filling, my dentist recommended having the remaining part of the tooth removed. He suggested 3 oral surgeons and I chose St. Louis South Oral Surgery. They were able to get me in right away. Everyone was very professional and listened to all my concerns. Dr. Gray was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. I'm a big sissy but they calmed my nerves! I highly recommend this office.

The Dr my son saw was very unprofessional during his visit. My son saw Dr. Grey, normally Dr. Grey is friendly and communicates well that's why I was utterly surprise and disappointed by our experience at this visit on 4/4/2024. My son had received oral surgery to remove his wisdom teeth on 08/31/2023. I advised the office a month post op that my son was in extreme pain still and could not open his mouth and couldn't allow his dentists to perform a filling cause it hurt so badly. We were told "there may still be inflammation, just try not to stretch it too much and make sure he's still irrigating the areas". About 4 months post op I called in again to let them know that my son was in so much pain he was crying and asked what to do. We were told "there may still be a hole from the surgery spot, make sure that he is still irrigating it." So, now (April 3, 2024) I called in to make an appointment because my son said his mouth was feeling like he had just got the surgery in that same 1 spot still. I made the appointment which was April 4, 2024. When we went to the office we had our certified service dog with us. You could hear the nurse outside our door tell Dr. Grey that he needs to be careful because there's a service Animal behind the door. Instead he shoved open the door and almost hit our service animal. He started yelling that he doesn't allow dogs in his office and he needed to go. We let him know the dog was a service animal. He then asked "is he even a service animal cause I don't usually allow dogs in my office". We replied with "yes, as stated sir, he is a service animal". When it came to check on my son's mouth he was very rough even after my son told him that it hurt to even graze. The Dr. Invalidated my son by stating "it's been a year post op, we wouldn't be doing any cutting or surgeries and usually there's nothing wrong". We advised him of the time line and that its been 6 months. He reitterated its been a year. He went to look in my sons mouth with the mirror and shoved it against the gums which had an abcess we did not know about. He stated he was not going to be cutting but just needed to look at it, then proceeded to shove his fingers at it then grab a suction and jabbed it into my sons abcess. He then took a scalpel (without numbing my child and just saying he was not doing any cutting) and proceeded to cut into the abcess. He did this a few times and for a while. My son was in obvious pain and was wiggling trying to keep his composure. The nursed asked my son if he was in pain and he told her continiously "yes" and even said "ow" a few times. Dr. Grey then said "were going to go ahead and numb you". He grabbed a syringe and jabbed it into my sons abcess and did NOT numb the area but instead started pulling fluid out the abcess from the syringe. There was green pus/liquid, yellow liquid, and blood that came out. After that there was a big hole in my childs mouth. All he did was give him and oral mouth was to use in office 1 time and was done. He ignored anyone talking and claimed my son didn't need antibiotics nor anything cause the hole and abcess would be fine. Dr. Grey's mannerisms were very unprofessional and borderline patient abuse!

My husband was diagnosed with a serious illness. Before he could take the needed treatment, he had to be cleared by a Dentist. it was discovered he needed to have four teeth removed. The dentist recommended Dr. Gray as the surgeon. Learning of my husband’s needs, they worked to move him in for an appointment and surgery as soon as possible. The entire staff was very welcoming and supportive. Bailey the Surgical assistant provided comfort to us, as well as a clear understanding of what to expect. As well as presenting confidence for us to feel safe. Dr. Gray was equally communicative and demonstrated confidence and great skills. We highly recommend Dr. Gray and this clinic to anyone who needs oral surgery.

I have been going here for 3 years, possibly more. I have been there for tooth extractions and teeth implants (4). Everything is always the same, a positive experience. The facility is very comfortable, staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Billing is easy and appointments are quickly scheduled. I’ve had a couple of emergencies and was seen immediately.I have had anesthesia there, no problems and woke up just fine. I have had numbing injections and gas, calms all nerves. I can’t say enough high praise for the South County Office. I’ve had the same surgeon and assistants , it makes the appointment easy. I was just there yesterday for an extraction, gas and injections. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend them, if you are in the need of an oral surgery group. I have Dr Gray A+. Anne

It was a terrible experience. Long wait time. I was left in the exam room for over 30 minutes without an explanation. Documentation that was sent from Dentist's office. It was opened and not included with my account. Messy secretarial work. Dr. Gray was very unprofessional and aggressive. Instead of introducing himself he started accusing me of not wanting to have an x-ray done. That is untrue and came out of nowhere... I said no such thing. I was offended and felt uncomfortable around him. I will never go to that office again. Frankly, i am confused as to why he is even employed there. I would never hire a person like that. I am very disappointed. BOOOOO!!!

Dr. William Gray and his staff were phenomenal! I was scheduled to have a tooth pulled, but they were able to accommodate my decision to additionally have a dental implant as part of the same appointment. They allayed my fears with their competence, explanations, and consideration! Prior to the procedures, I watched prepared videos showing me exactly what to expect. In addition, I was sent home with written instructions telling me everything I needed to know. Highly recommend Dr. Gray and his staff!

Dr. Elie Freilich and his dental assistants was great from the consultation for my wisdom teeth surgery all the way to the recovery. His bedside manner is wonderful. The only thing is they're super busy so they're in and out to go to the next patient. But they do their best to answer all of your questions. And make sure youre comfortable and informed.

Thank you to the staff and Doctor. They were helpful, professional and most of all caring. I was scared and bummed out about a broken tooth, broken at the gum line.I loved the doctor’s upbeat good mood. It helped more than he will ever know. I can’t wait to go back to continue my healing process. This work is a healing process for me. Thank you and God Bless you!
