Staten Island Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I came here for my wisdom teeth extraction and they insisted that I only have 2 and a half of the teeth removed, even though all 4 were impacted. When my dentist heard this, he guessed a new or amateur surgeon made this call and said the other 1.5 teeth could have been easily removed too. Now I have to get the other teeth removed and go through/pay for the surgery all over again. Also the assistant had to stab me 3 or 4 times for the anesthesia and I remember bleeding all over my arm and clothes before going under. Don't recommend at all

I was able to get an appointment to meet with Dr. Hoffman quickly. Dr. Hoffman is a true professional. He is also calm and empathetic. He answered all my questions and allayed my fears. He scheduled me for oral surgery the next morning. I had full sedation. The surgery was completely painless. The office staff is lovely and very helpful. I hugely recommend Dr Hoffman for your oral surgery needs.

My wife had a consultation and procedure done by Dr. Emad Abdou. Dr. Abdou has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor we've met during this process. He is knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He answered many of our repetitive questions and made us feel at ease for the complicated situation we were in. The front desk were helpful & kind and his assistant Connie was wonderful pre and post op. Connie was explicit with post op instructions and helped my wife after the anesthesia. Would recommend anyone and everyone try them before anyone else.
