I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this dental practice, and I must say, it was a complete disaster. First off, they claimed to be in my insurance network, assuring me not once but twice over the phone when booking my appointment. When I finally got my explanation of benefits (after asking twice to get a copy), it screamed "out of network" loud and clear. Either they're completely clueless about their affiliations, or they're just outright lying to lure unsuspecting patients through their doors.To add insult to injury, their incompetence reached new heights when they couldn't even treat my nine-year-old daughter cavity because, get this, they claimed it was an "adult tooth and referred me to another dentist after they billed for X-rays and cleaning. Last time I checked, nine years old all have some adults teeth. It's alarming that a dental professional could be so ignorant about child development.And let's not even get started on their billing practices. They have the audacity to overcharge and then have the nerve to blame it on insurance. Newsflash: if you're out of network, you charge more than what insurance covers, simple as that. But no, they'll conveniently brush off their outrageous fees as insurance matters.In summary, this dental office is a prime example of unethical and unprofessional behavior. They'll say whatever it takes to lure you in, even if it means lying through their teeth. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this dentist.

My kids love this dental office and I love it for them. The care they received from Dr. Helen and the entire staff was simply wonderful. Too often I find the office staff ruins it for a practice, but that is simply not the case here. From the moment we stepped through the door we were greeted with smiles, professionalism and genuine care, and this continued right throughout our entire visit.So glad to have found this gem.

My daughter came to Dr.Helen for her first visit and from the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be a great experience. The office is absolutely beautiful, the doctor’s really made it all as kid friendly as possible. The waiting room has a kids playroom that is kept very clean which I was really pleased to see. We were taken in to the room and greeted by a very friendly assistant. My daughter was so excited about the color of the room that she hopped on the chair. Dr.Helen came in and introduced herself and made my daughter super comfortable, she took her time and we did not feel rushed. All my questions were addressed and I really learned a lot about how to care for a toddlers oral hygiene. My daughter had a fantastic experience, I really did not expect my 2 year old to be so cooperative her first dental visit! Thank you all at Creating Smiles! We’ll see you in 6 months! :)

I brought my 6 year child to Dr. Helen for a second opinion, who came recommended by my friends and neighbors- word of mouth really. Dr. Helen was very professional, thorough and understanding with my nervous child's needs. The staff I felt was also very good with my daughter's xrays and made her visit very simple and friendly. I appreciate how from beginning to end we felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend Dr Helen and very glad I came here.

My 2 year old daughter had her first appointment today and it went by so smoothly. I prepped her on what to expect but the staff and dentist just did a great job with her that I didn't have to do much. And before we left she got a balloon and sticker that she was really excited about. I can confidently say she is looking forward to her next 6 month appointment.

Dr. Helen and her staff are truly amazing with kids. I’ve been taking both of my kids to her since they first got their teeth and I can’t imagine a better dentist. She truly has a way to put the kids at ease, while also being quick, yet still thorough. My 4 yo son has totally warmed up to her and cleanings are no longer dreaded by him or me. Hopefully my 2yo will follow suit, but knowing Dr Helen it should be no problem.

CreatingSmiles is a great pediatric dental office to take your children to. This was our child’s very first visit to the dental office. Immediately you are greeted with great hospitality and friendliness by the staff that puts you and your child at ease. Dr. Helen’s expertise in the area of pediatric dentistry is above par and she thoroughly explains everything while keeping your child entertained. My 2-year old enjoy the visit so much! You’ll leave knowing she provided the best care to your child. We look forward to our next 6 month visit.

My daughter enjoy going to the creating smiles. She likes all the staff and definitely enjoy choosing the toothpaste that for her cleaning session. She loves that one of the room has a princess color theme. We are usually in and out without much waiting. The staffs are always friendly and accommodating. They help ease any stress whenever my daughter is there.

I took my kids to them for the first today and we love the team at creating smiles . Very professional and kids friendly . One of my kids has autism , they did a great job with him and advised me on how to care for his dental needs . When we got home my kids were already asking me when they can go back to the new dentist . 😊. I highly recommend this place for your kids .

I have been going to this dentistSince my firstborn was 1 yearOld and have Loved them since, two more kids later! My children are at ease when visiting them and the staff genuinely love their jobs! My Children’s teeth are in tip top shape! The televisions on the ceiling are a plus!! The office is always clean, never crowded, and nice staff! 👍
