Alpine and Rafetto Orthodontics

Karen P, Nicole and Joanna (-5 stars)Regarding my attempts to resume appointments, I faced personal challenges after almost losing my child during pregnancy, leading to payment delays. Despite my efforts to resolve this, I was informed I could no longer continue and was sent a letter in September, which I never received due to an incorrect address on file.Despite my attempts to rectify this issue and continue treatment, there was a lack of concern or corrective action from Joanna regarding the address mistake. Additionally, when I sought information to transfer to another orthodontist, I was told by a different office that I needed medical records from Alpine, which had not been communicated to me.When I requested my medical records from Karen, she indicated that signing a release of records would suffice. However, upon doing so, I only received three photos. That were sent hrs later by Nicole. Despite multiple attempts and calls, I could not obtain a complete set of my records, receiving only notes from the year 2023 & 3 photos. This selective release of my medical information is concerning & ODD!This experience has been disappointing, and I regret choosing this orthodontic practice. Thankfully, I have found a new orthodontist and hope for a better experience than what I’ve encountered here.

I was treated at alpine and Rafetto for adult braces, as part of my treatment plan I was suppose to get a treatment called interproximal reduction, as my teeth started to shift into place the orthodontist decided that IPR procedure was no longer needed, long story short I get my braces off and I wear my retainer round the clock as told for 9 months, then I transitioned to only wearing at night, during the day when my retainer was out I started to noticed a small gap between my front teeth, I made an appointment at the orthodontist, instead of fixing the mistake free of charge, they wanted to charge me over 1,500 dollars to put braces back on for 6 months to do the interproximal reduction, I will never understand how they think it’s okay to demand additional payment for something that was told to me would be done the first time

I don’t know what’s going on ?This place has good reviews I’m very surprised to have called several times in the last past few days to book an appointment as a new patient and each time get a message Saying We’re sorry we can’t answer the phone but please leave us a message I left two and never got a return call ,Smh!!! Not good for business, get somebody on those phone lines

My kids absolutely LOVE coming here! They skip thru the door. The atmosphere and personality of everyone on the team is second to none. They create a warm and caring environment to everyone who walks thru the door. Dr. Osweisy does a fantastic job, she always takes the time to talk to me and my kids. Never rushes any questions. Explains everything. I wish they were a full dental practice and not just orthodontist. And not to mention my kids teeth look PERFECT!! Highly recommend!

The staff here are friendly and thorough explaining the prognosis, process and treatment plans for a beautiful smile. They go above and beyond to ensure patients are comfortable with care and financial obligations.My daughter was handled with care while having her braces installed for the first time. Great environment.

We have had the best experience with all of the wonderful doctors at Alpine and Rafetto. Dr. Oweisy is always so friendly and has done an outstanding job transforming my daughter’s underbite. Dr Fiss came in on the weekend when he had so many things going on with his own family, to fix a loose wire so we could go on vacation without worrying about it. The service has been outstanding which is awesome since all 3 of my kids need their help! We know we are in great hands for years to come.

Dr. Oweisy and the entire staff are excellent! Dr. O sat down with me and my child and explained all that was entailed, and gave us options to consider. It was a very collaborative effort, which I greatly appreciate. Everyone in the office is pleasant, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend going to Alpine and Rafetto (and Oweisy!) Orthodontics, you won't be disappointed!Update-my son just had his braces put on by Colleen, she did a fantastic job, as it is a long and tedious process. Colleen did it all with a smile and had excellent tips and information to share. Thank you, Colleen!

Finding an orthodontist or dentist you trust is difficult especially since you can’t just Google and find out what’s true/false, this office has 100% of my trust! I am seen here as well as my son . Things come up in life and they’re more than understanding and accommodating. They answer the phones quickly. And they give “beach bucks” which is a reward system they have, when you are compliant with your treatment plan. So for every appt assuming you’ve been taking care of your teeth and appliances, you’ll earn beach bucks which can be turned in for rewards. Great place! Love it!

First you walk into a very beachy feel! Love it Second the staff is wonderful and so nice! My daughter loves the fact that they do “Beach bucks” at every visit you get beach bucks and once you save enough you can get a gift! They have set a whole play to get my daughters smile perfect again! They explain exactly what they are doing and make sure the patient understands also!

I've had an amazing experience with my orthodontics journey here at alpine and rafetto! Everyone in the office is always super nice.Stacy is always kind and great at being gentle.I cannot believe the transformation that my smile went through.
