This review is for the pediatric dentistry. I have been to the adult side of the office and have not had any issues, but my son has been a patient of Dr. Bernal. She gave me very iffy vibes as soon as she told me that she would pull one of my son's teeth with laughing gas because she was scared he would hate her. I told her he is not going to hate her because I had pulled all of his five baby teeth. I obviously did not proceed with that and just waited until the tooth was fully loose and pulled it out myself.His last visit she claimed that he had an infection beneath his molar that would require her to pull out that molar, put a spacer, and also put a silver crown on the molar next to that one because the filling had fallen.All those things she wanted to do on my son sounded iffy once again and I went for a second opinion to another dentist.I did not tell the second dentist anything. All I told him is that I was concerned about the filling that had fallen. The dentist told me everything was perfectly fine and that molar did not require a silver crown. Also, there was NO INFECTION.Moral of the story: As a mother, always trust your gut! She definitely just saw this as a business opportunity, but she was not going to fool this Mom!It's sad that she's the co-owner and this is what she's doing! My son will never step in office ever again!

This was my first new patient visit. They got me in on time and were able to evaluate my cracked crown, make a new one and replace while I waited. While I waited for the crown to be made, they went ahead and took full battery of x-rays amd everything else that would need to be done for my cleaning which is happening on Friday.Although, it was a long morning, I went in with an issue and left with it resolved. UT was a very positive experience across the board.

My family & I were patient’s for years. They used to be excellent till Jazmin the treatment coordinator started. After she treated our daughter like a piece of garbage while in the chair, we decided to go elsewhere. However, I wanted my overpayment and called MANY times & left messages. No response, no call back.As an R.N in the healthcare for many years, my suggestion is to either get rid of your problem (Jazmin) or give her “sensitivity” training. Not that the office cares they lost 4 patient’s for being absolutely dreadful to their patient’s.Do BETTER!Be careful here. They start out wonderful, but after years they go downhill.Please don’t tell me to call you, I tried that. The office is too lazy to call me back, I’m assuming Jazmin. Look at the dentist response. If you truly cared about your patient's, you would have asked to resolve any issues. This shows the character of the office.Also, 30 mins after my review, 3 good reviews came up. Suspect for sure. I dont play games like this. Are all the new "reviews" actually your patients? The one suspect you didnt even respond.RUN!

This office used to be great.. until it went all downhill. Found out while I’m sitting in the chair that they no longer took my insurance. I said they never told me and the billing lady argued with me and I should have gotten an email, which I never did. I went back through my entire email and only found an email stating that there was a misunderstanding, and that they WERE taking my insurance. Jasmin basically said it was my fault I didn’t know and that I never received email.. she argued with me and was extremely unprofessional. Not my fault you didn’t send out the correct email.Fast forward and when I went to get a refund of the money on my account as I will no longer step foot in the place.. they gave me a refund of my mothers as well because they joined our accounts together.. even though we are both adults living in separate households with separate insurances.. they put our billings on the same account.When asked, they put the blame on me basically saying I should’ve known because that’s how they do things in their office… but they never told me that the money on MY account was also my mothers.Do not go here! Extremely unprofessional office coordinators and staff!

RUDE OFFICE STAFF! My first appointment went great. Briana the hygienist was phenomenal and so kind. Although, there was a small insurance problem but nothing major. The issue began with rude office staff. First, there's someone they call an assistant(just office staff) who gives you a bill without explaining the problem with the insurance. The assistant staff member was completely rude. Needs more training. Secondly, I called to ask why I couldn't get my teeth cleaned but could only do a deep clean. Deep Clean was around $500 per side! I understand there's a problem with my teeth but I was hoping that while I wait for my insurance to kick in, I could prevent more damage. They simply said no. I asked if I could speak to a dental hygienist who has the knowledge and education to give me the information instead of an office clerk or office manager. They did not want to do that and hung up on me! I would prefer not to pay $1000 out of pocket but I was ready to do it if I only got a professional explanation. Office manager is obviously hiding more information. They make more money if I pay out of pocket. With insurance they get a fraction. If you don't want people to know this stuff treat them with more respect. Weed out those with attitudes and not enough training. Definitely not a liability thing. Do yourself a favor and question every bill they give you.

Exceptional. Rarely would I use one word to sum up a review however Winter Garden Smiles earned it. An urgent call first thing in the morning because of a broken tooth was met with a same day appointment and a comprehensive treatment plan. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. I was particularly impressed with how Dr. Ramdin managed to make a typically stressful situation feel calm and positive. I can’t recommend Winter Garden Smiles enough for anyone looking for exceptional dental care delivered with a personal touch.

This office is so clean and beautiful. It’s seems to be a family business and you can tell they put time and effort in with decor in every room, lots of staff on hand to help. They wear headsets to communicate to each other and every detail seems to be there to make you comfortable. The front reception staff have nice white leather chairs and clean organized office space. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I never write reviews but this office deserves all the stars!

I have been to this dentist as a child, and more recently in my adulthood. I have to say that I have never had issues here. All the staff and doctors truly care about you, and what is best for your needs. They don’t try to force anything on you, and they explain in depth about the work being done when you need work done. My specific dentist, Dr. Ramdin, is amazing! She is such a sweetheart and really takes the time to make sure her patients feel comfortable and safe. Whether you’re an adult or taking your child to the dentist, this is the place I recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going to WGS since I moved to Orlando on 2021. They’re professional and organized , they pay attention on following up my regular cleanings appointments and thanks to them my teeth are healthy.
