Winter Garden Smiles

This was my first new patient visit. They got me in on time and were able to evaluate my cracked crown, make a new one and replace while I waited. While I waited for the crown to be made, they went ahead and took full battery of x-rays amd everything else that would need to be done for my cleaning which is happening on Friday.Although, it was a long morning, I went in with an issue and left with it resolved. UT was a very positive experience across the board.

I’ve been going to WGS since I moved to Orlando on 2021. They’re professional and organized , they pay attention on following up my regular cleanings appointments and thanks to them my teeth are healthy. This time I went with my children to their first dental appointment and they were super patient with them. Thanks Winter Garden Smiles Team 🙌

I have been to this dentist as a child, and more recently in my adulthood. I have to say that I have never had issues here. All the staff and doctors truly care about you, and what is best for your needs. They don’t try to force anything on you, and they explain in depth about the work being done when you need work done. My specific dentist, Dr. Ramdin, is amazing! She is such a sweetheart and really takes the time to make sure her patients feel comfortable and safe. Whether you’re an adult or taking your child to the dentist, this is the place I recommend to anyone.

This office is so clean and beautiful. It’s seems to be a family business and you can tell they put time and effort in with decor in every room, lots of staff on hand to help. They wear headsets to communicate to each other and every detail seems to be there to make you comfortable. The front reception staff have nice white leather chairs and clean organized office space. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I never write reviews but this office deserves all the stars!

Exceptional. Rarely would I use one word to sum up a review however Winter Garden Smiles earned it. An urgent call first thing in the morning because of a broken tooth was met with a same day appointment and a comprehensive treatment plan. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. I was particularly impressed with how Dr. Ramdin managed to make a typically stressful situation feel calm and positive. I can’t recommend Winter Garden Smiles enough for anyone looking for exceptional dental care delivered with a personal touch.

I am terribly afraid of the dentist. I feel terrible about it because I’m such a handful when I go. But Winter Smiles went way above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. They were so supportive and empathetic about my anxiety. The most amazing office staff ! Dr. Ramdin is such a doll. Warm and knowledgeable… she is fantastic. I so appreciate all they did for me. This is without a doubt a 5 STAR ⭐️ office. I highly recommend!!

I wish to commend Winter Garden Smiles for exceptional dental work. My dental tech Vryana, did a great job evaluating and cleaning my teeth. At other dental locations, this was often a very uncomfortable procedure. With Vryana, it was not so.She is very capable, efficient, and friendly. I no longer dread my teeth cleaning procedure.Dr. Gil is an amazing Dentist. He is easy to talk to, answers all of your questions, and you sense that he really cares for his patients. He really looks out for what is best for his patients. He is not just in it for the money.I have also been treated by Dr. Ramdin, the other exceptional dentist in the facility. This is my second visit with this office and I am very impressed with the entire staff. From the office staff that takes the information to the actual clinical staff. They all make you feel as if you made the best decision choosing them. The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly and caring and the care is top notch. I have dental phobia from something that happened many years ago. When I walked into the clinic, I felt comfortable. I as able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was so friendly, kind and compassionate. They were very sensitive to my needs. I felt very comfortable. Didn’t have any anxiety at all. Left there feeling great and not drained from the experience. BTW, I had an old filling taken out, cracked tooth and was fitted for a crown. This normally would send me over the edge and I would be sitting there with tears streaming down my face. Not this time! So happy!So I had written this some time ago. But I have to say, I had the same experience today as I did back then. Except I had a crown replaced. No anxiety. Dr. Ramdin made me feel so comfortable and was concerned with how I was feeling. No tears and was calm through the whole thing.Thank you Wintergarden Smiles staff
